The apartment occupies the entire upper floor of a large Aeolian-style house and has a large and panoramic (covered) terrace of over 40 square meters, overlooking the sea and the other islands of the Aeolian archipelago. On the terrace there are table and chairs as well as a sofa and armchairs for total relaxation. The apartment is made up of three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds (2 + 1 extractable) and a living room-kitchen fully furnished and equipped with crockery, pots, cutlery, etc. The bathroom contains the shower box. On request it is possible to have a small bed / pouff to open in the living room. On the ground floor of the same structure there is another large apartment (8/9 beds) of which you can ask availability and price to the same owner (with the possibility of enjoying a large discount). The place is ideal for those who love the environment and the sea and, in general, for those who want to spend a holiday in contact with nature and need relaxation but, at the same time, do not want to give up the opportunity to reach in a few minutes by car the center of the Aeolian nightlife or shopping (9 km walkable in a few minutes by car or bus, which stops near the house and makes several daily trips). Acquacalda is the beach also awarded this year with the BLUE FLAG (the most beautiful seas in Italy!) and is located on the north coast of the island and that is why Acquacalda enjoys the most beautiful view of the Aeolian Islands, in fact it is the only village from which you can admire practically all the other islands of the Aeolian archipelago (Salina, Stromboli, Panarea, Filicudi and Alicudi). Its exposure to the north / west makes the place always fresh and well aired, a true oasis on the island (perfect for those with small children or those suffering from the heat). It is possible to bring your own car to your suite (by booking the ferry on the ship coming from Milazzo or from Naples) or rent it in Lipari. It is possible to park for free near the house along the provincial road.
