Amazing hosts, great location!

Our stay was wonderful! The location was in a great area with walking distance into the city! The hospitality from the host was amazing! The hosts gave us great recommendations and were so kind. Small but cozy and fit me and my two friends. Overall great experience!

Good for price

The apartment was about a 10 minute walk from The Colosseum and 30-40 from other main attractions such as the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The apartment appeared newly renovated but not as clean as I was expecting. The washing machine did not work and there were certain quirks about the apartment to get hot water etc. Overall, communication was fairly good, however the host did not answer the phone/texts and only communicated through the app. For the price, it was adequate.

A citytrip with my son

The stay was perfect, location on walking distance of a lot off magnificant buildings. Also nearby several restaurants and bars. Contact with Massimiliano and his wife was good. At one point, his daughter was also available in case of questions. I gave Massimiliano personaly a view comments how to make a stay from super to super plus. I hope he will do something with the feedback because I read the same feedback from a former guest.

Amazing host and location

The host of this property was more than amazing! Our flight got delayed but it wasn’t an issue for him. He was able to meet us after the check-in time. Even helped us by telling us where the local supermarket was. The room has everything you could need. But we spent most of our time exploring. Super convenient walk to the Colosseo, about 10 min walk. Great if you plan to walk throughout the cites in Rome as we did. Started there and ended by the Spanish steps. And if walking isn’t your thing the bus stop is minutes away. Would book again and highly recommend!

Satisfactory stay overall.

3 ctricisms: washing machine was listed, however I was strongly advised not to use it, shower head needs to be replaced (does not spray well), the sofa bed needs to be replaced. Despite this, Massimiliano deserves 5 stars and more for his quick responses to concerns I raised. He was very helpful as were his kids when I asked for help during my stay. Much appreciated!

Great apartment!

I stayed in this apartment for a little over a month. I had a wonderful stay. Massimiliano was very attentive to me, but always respectful and never intrusive. The apartment has everything I needed for the month. The fold out bed was adequate for one, though I think two might find it rather uncomfortable. While the road it’s on is quite busy, the apartment is removed and shielded enough that it was ever a problem (and I’m a light sleeper). Easy walking distance to the Circus Maximus, Terme di Caracalla, and the Via Appia. The Forum and Colosseum are maybe a 15-20 minute walk. I would certainly recommend this apartment for someone who is exploring Rome.

Our stay

Saying we're extremely disappointed is an understatement. We had this VRBO booked for months in anticipation of our first trip to Europe. Upon arrival, after a 9-hour flight, we were left waiting on the side of the road with all our luggage. The host had told us they’d meet us at 2 PM, but we weren’t let in until 3:30 PM. When we finally got inside, the place looked nothing like the photos. Everything was dirty and dusty even the dishes. Throughout our stay, the host was nearly impossible to reach. We tried contacting him multiple times with no response for hours later. When we were waiting for his arrival he was declining our calls eventually had to call the VRBO support line. Even they couldn’t get in touch with him. The experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable.

Only sleeps too, not three

I booked for my 30-year-old son and I thinking that slept three people which would mean two separate beds however there is only a pull out Sofa. The owner was very responsive to our request for anything we needed, other than another bed. Location was great. Was not happy having to share a bed with my son. Even though I made comments on our first correspondence that I was travelling with my son. He hadnt arranged to have a cot brought in. And even if he had ,there wouldn’t have been room to even move. We may do, but it wasn’t ideal.

Muy buen lugar… lo que falta es que tenga buen internet y que la puerta del baño cierre, lo demás esta muy bien. Si te gusta caminar todo queda cerca, para el transporte público hay que ser un poco paciente y salir con tiempo
