Cute property; perfect accommodations for our family. We were quite comfortable there. Very dog friendly as well with a small yard in back. Quiet neighborhood.

This was the perfect spot. We loved staying in the house, especially having a backyard for our dogs to enjoy. The slight ocean view was a lovely bonus, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient and was close to everything we needed.

We loved staying at this property. We had an excellent time! They even have a little children's book area and my daughter and I loved some of the books. The one draw back was the lack of hallway access to the bathroom. We had my Mother with us and because the 1 bathroom is in the Master bedroom (and it is small) it made for a little awkwardness for late night bathroom visits, but it was ok overall having the bathroom in the Mater bedroom. We would stay again and hope to book again soon. Thoroughly enjoyed it and our visits to the dog beach a little ways up the road. Great location and it was perfect for our beach trip.

Great space for family and pets

Stayed at this house for our yearly trip to the central coast. Fantastic house and great space for our dogs. Will definitely come back next year.

Great space for family

Had a great time at this property; pet and child friendly which we REALLY appreciated! Small yard at the side of the home with fence for kids and pets. Clean and comfortable and close to both ocean and local stores and restaurants.

Great Place in Morro Bay

Great place in Morro Bay! Listing accurate. Nice for my family with our kids and dog. Comfy bed, stocked kitchen, nice backyard, and we enjoyed the board games. The bathroom in one of the rooms is a little awkward. The host never responded to messages but we had no issues with the stay.

Our family had a great time and the house was actually larger than we anticipated. We very much enjoyed sitting on the front deck. Only down side was the one bathroom for 5 adults and it being in the master bedroom but we made it work. We had 2 very large long bed trucks and they both fit in the driveway which was nice as well. House was clean (besides the rug in the living room may need to be replaced or a deep clean) and kitchen worked out great as we do enjoy cooking and having family meals. Would be back again if we are ever in Morro bay.

Relaxing vacation

This home is so cozy and relaxing. Very clean and has everything you need for a home away from home experience. Enjoyed the front patio with a ocean view. Great for a family vacation. We would definitely stay here again. It was a very relaxing stay in this cozy home.

Great visit with family

This property is more beautiful than the pix! A great view of the morro rock and ocean. Very comfortable and great for cooking. We will definitely stay here again.

Morro Bay Cottage

The single bathroom was a bit awkward as being accessed only through the main bedroom but the home was beautifully styled, was spacious and was wonderfully located near our main family home in Morro Bay.

Comfy Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for being near the park and beach. We also picked this spot so we could go to Hearst Castle (30 min away). Everything was well appointed and it was a great backyard for our dogs. Lots of books for our 6 year old to enjoy.

very cozy home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to come again for a longer time period! The house was spacious, the front deck had an excellent view, and we loved the peacefulness of the back yard. It is in a great location for quickly getting to downtown Morro Bay and Cayucos. The neighborhood is also quiet.

Dog-friendly rental

We had a great time hiking, beach walking and wine tasting. NFL playoff football was happening and we were able to watch with our firestick on the large screen TV.

I wouldn’t have reviewed at all since it was double booked and we ended up not staying there because the other couple was already there. However, we had to track down our full refund after the fact because she didn’t cancel the VRBO booking on her end. Furthermore, I’ve found it difficult to get ahold of her at times. She has been nice and responsive when I’m able to get ahold of her otherwise.

Family Pet Friendly Home

Excellent stay for humans and pets only draw back was having to enter bathroom thru a bedroom. Owners might consider a screen door to get more ventilation inside. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely stay again.
