The walls are painted in Farrow and Ball’s Ammonite Grey, creating a neutral, stylish backdrop that complements the natural light flooding in from every window.

The living room is south-facing, allowing sunlight to stream in throughout the day, enhancing the space's airy feel and creating a perfect spot to relax. From the living room, you can enjoy a lovely sea view, adding to the apartment’s tranquil ambiance.

The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops and a full range of integrated appliances, including a fridge-freezer, stainless steel microwave, washing machine, and a 5-ring Smeg gas hob and oven. For coffee lovers, a French press (Cafetiere) is provided along with coffee and tea.

Both bedrooms are generously sized with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, and bedside tables, as well as chandeliers and bedside lights to create a warm, inviting space.
