The position:
The apartment is located in a beautiful historic building in the heart of the historic center of Alghero, in front of the dome of San Michele,
It is in an excellent position to reach all the sites of major interest. The historic center is characterized by its medieval streets rich in history and character. The center is almost entirely pedestrian and hosts bars, restaurants and shops of all kinds.
The seaside promenade, a meeting place for pleasant walks in summer, is just around the corner. The sea is 150 meters away and you can go down under the ramparts to take a swim 100 meters from the house. The beach is also within walking distance. For the more distant beaches there is a bus stop nearby. Two supermarkets are close to the house.
Space:
It consists of a large living-dining room, a comfortable kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom. The apartment is characterized by being very bright and airy. The view is on the church and the dome of San Michele.

piacevole soggiorno nel cuore di Alghero

Ideale per una coppia che vuole godersi appieno l'atmosfera del centro storico Algherese. Appartamento semplice e funzionale, bagno di recentissima ristrutturazione. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile.

perfetto!

Siamo partiti dalla città stanchi, prenotando "last minute" volo e casa. La soluzione si è rivelata ottimale per le nostre esigenze: Alghero è molto bella, le spiagge ed i dintorni stupendi. L'appartamento è molto carino: ben arredato, centralissimo e molto luminoso. La zona notte è orientata sul retro del palazzo, silenzioso. La zona giorno è aperta sulla splendica cupola a mosaico della chiesa di San Michele e a pochi passi da ogni cosa: bastioni, lungomare, negozi, supermercati, mercato, ristoranti nonché dalla fermata del "beach bus", servizio di trasporto con le più suggestive spiagge del litorale. Considerata la posizione decisamente strategica, abbiamo rinunciato a noleggiare auto o scooter. Davide, il padrone di casa, si è dimostrato persona presente ma molto garbata, disponibile per ogni occorrenza. Esperienza da replicare! Gianluca e Barbara

Ottimo appartamento per due persone

Appartamento molto carino in una posizione bella e comoda in pieno centro storico, e in prossimità della stazione degli autobus. Il proprietario è molto gentile e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è funzionale per due persone. In tre pero non si dorme tanto bene perché il soggiorno da direttamente su strade affollate e la notte è rumoroso.

Wunderschöne Tage in Alghero

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in Alghero verbracht, dank unserem Vermieter, der sehr hilfsbereit und nett war und uns zudem mit wertvollen Tipps versorgte, von denen einer ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist: Für alle, die gern und gut italinisch essen ist "Al vecchio mulino" sehr zu empfehlen - befindet sich ebenfalls direkt in der Altstadt und ist ist prima zu Fuß zu erreichen!!! Die Wohnung war sehr nett, jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit in den Küchenschränken, sowie im Kühlschrank etwas zu wünschen übrig!

Perfect Holidays

Es war ein super Urlaub!!! Es ging schon bei der Anreise los unser Vermieter Davide konnte direkt telefonisch erreicht werden als wir gelandet sind. Das Zimmer liegt direkt in der Altstadt, alles super zu erreichen, der Hafen, Strand, Supermarkt und eine menge von super Restaurants direkt vor der Tür. Ps ebenfalls die mit Abstand beste Gelateri Namens K2 ist direkt gegenüber unbedingt mehrmals täglich dort durch die Eissorten probieren. Diesen und andere Tipps haben wir direkt von Davide bekommen. Restaurants die er empfohlen hat waren wirklich super Adressen total leckeres Essen zu guten Preisen. Ebenfalls unbedingt auf die Strandempfehlungen von Davide hören!!! Traumhaft. Das Appartment war sauber und dank Kühlschrank und Küche und der Lage einfach Klasse!!! Wir kommen wieder !!! Danke für den tollen Urlaub Christian & Katharina

studio idéal pour un séjour en couple à Alghero

Ce studio situé dans une rue piétonne du centre ville d'Alghero est en très bon état et très agréable. Il permet de profiter pleinement d'Alghero. Il est équipé d'une cuisinette avec frigo, d'une salle de bain ( le propriétaire fourni les serviettes et draps). Le propriétaire est très arrangeant, il parle français, anglais et Italien. Il donne de nombreuses adresses pour profiter des alentours et des restaurants. Je recommande ce studio.

Immersion totale au coeur du centre historique

J'ai séjourné pendant une quinzaine de jours dans l'appartement de la rue Misericordia, très bien placé, à deux pas de la promenade le long des remparts et des meilleurs restaurants. L'appartement est très propre et le propriétaire extrêmement attentif et serviable. Je le recommande aux personnes qui ne recherchent pas l'ambiance "porto Cervo". Muy buena ubicación del apartamento de la calle Misericordia, a proximidad del paseo marítimo y de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad. Limpio y funcional muy recomendable para vivir en el mismísimo centro histórico, lejos de los hoteles y bloques de apartamentos de playa.

LA VRAIE SARDAIGNE

Charmant appartement rue Misericordia, très propre et fonctionnel, Le propriétaire est extrêmement attentif et serviable. Très bon emplacement au coeur du centre historique, à proximité de la magifique promenade le long des remparts et des meilleurs restaurants de la ville et loin des blocs d'appartements de plage.. A recommander aux personnes qui,comme moi,ne recherchent pas l'ambiance "Porto Cervo". Piso muy limpio y funcional, el propietario es muy atento y servicial, por su ubicación es muy indicado para las personas que buscan la vida en el centro histórico a dos pasos del paseo marítimo y de los buenos restaurantes.
