Perfect summer getaway

The most adorable home with the most perfect yard. Morning coffee on the water everyday , a pool and dogs welcome. Will definitely try to book again next summer. Close enough to lbi but removed from the crowds!

Great getaway at the bay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with friends at this house on the bay. Kim was very responsive and welcoming. The outside area was so delightful even if the weather wasn’t perfect the whole time. We really enjoyed our time at the water there. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating and the pool was a great accommodation when the sun was out. The house was clean. I would recommend this place and come back!

This was a much needed rest that my son and I need it after a horrible year. Kim was fantastic with all the communication she was quick to get back to me with any questions I had. A wonderful thing about this vacation is that we were able to bring our girls with us (dogs) who had an absolutely fabulous time running up and down the yard. The only complaint I have is that the weather just did not cooperate with us but we still had a very relaxing vacation.

Corner spot with beautiful view

Views, Views, Views, this property is exactly as pictured. The outdoor space was amazing, with plenty of water views, chairs and umbrellas! There was even a kayak! The pool was an added plus that my kids loved! Quick ride to the beach, and close bagel shop that was great for breakfast! Having it be pet friendly was a plus when we booked, but didnt end up taking our pet. There is obviosuly a pet that lives there, so if your not into that, that would be the only negative. Would LOVE to stay here again!

Perfect

Having many friends in the neighborhood we knew exactly what to expect. When we opened the door and walked in we felt at home. The house was so clean and welcoming. Kim communicated everything we needed to know about the house and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend staying here! I know we’ll be back!

Family Getaway

This was the perfect property for our family getaway. The pool was such a nice treat. My daughter loved watching the swans & ducks and fishing in the canal. There is a ton to do all within walking distance. The pictures of the property are accurate and everything was clean and organized when we arrived. Kim was easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely book this property again.

Very nice home in an equally nice and convenient location.

Working with Kim was great. She communicated very effectively about her property and its use. She is a great host. The house itself was spotless and well stocked with extras in the pantry for use in the kitchen. She even had extras in the bathroom like new toothbrushes/paste, bath soap, hair shampoo and rinse. It is a cozy home and in spite of the cold temps outside was nice and warm inside. Glad we found this gem as it met our needs nicely.
