Experience the best of low country living while staying in this spacious family home , 2 living room areas make it easy to find a private space!

Enjoy preparing your own southern cuisine in the large well stocked kitchen or take a lovely stroll to one of the neighborhood restaurants .Enjoy your stay by walking or biking the beautiful trails of Port Royal, you are just a short bike ride to Sands beach and we have bicycles! Port Royal has beautiful walking trails and lovely shops and is just a 2 miles to Parris Island Marine Station and just a short distance to Historic Downtown Beaufort.

Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in #1) " Sweet Dreams" the master room with comfortable king size bed and 400 count all cotton bedding , this room has a full bathroom attached,#2) "The Secret Garden Room" has two twin beds and opens out to a small quite porch which leads to a wonderful outdoor space complete with B.B.Q , picnic table, fire pit , chairs, this area is perfect for s"mores and evening relaxation. Bedroom #3) "Ships Ahoy" this spacious room has a bunk with a full and a twin and also a very comfortable queen size bed. If you are still in need of extra sleeping areas both of our sofas fold out into queen size beds. , free Wi-Fi

An exceptional rental for the price. We have a very large family, and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us (all adults). The fire pit was a big drawing card as was the close proximity to Parris Island. Local restaurants and stores were also nearby. We loved it. To us, if felt like the homes in Ocean City, NJ in past years. It's not new, but the property, number of beds and bedrooms, and the proximity to everything we wanted was awesome. There is a huge game room in the basement as well.

The house was efficient for a large family. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. The furniture is old and the couch needs to be replaced. Screen door hardware on the side of the house was broken off. Dirty towels in the washer unwashed. The hot water and A/C worked great. If the small things were fixed it would make it a good vacation rental.

Perfect for a large group

The location of this property is perfect. We could walk to ice cream, coffee, restaurants and while a bit longer, you could walk to The Sands beach. There was ample space for our party of 8, which included 5 adults (no couples), 2 teens and one kid.

Marine Graduation gem

We were thrilled to have found this wonderful home for our family's stay during my nephew's Marine Graduation. The spacious accommodations and clean, comfortable atmosphere made it perfect for our large group. Plus, being super close to the base was a huge bonus! This home has a beautiful lay out for a large family , lots of rooms a laundry room , a room to relax right off the kitchen , a nice sit down dining area the living room and den area join so that you can entertain while others are watching t.v. and still be together. The master bedroom is so comfortable , you may want to sleep in but their are to many wonderful things to do in Port Royal you will want to get out and enjoy!
