Port Royal has beautiful walking trails and lovely shops and is just a 2 miles to Parris Island Marine Station and just a short distance to Historic Downtown Beaufort.

Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in #1) " Sweet Dreams" the master room with comfortable king size bed and 400 count all cotton bedding , this room has a full bathroom attached,#2) "The Secret Garden Room" has two twin beds and opens out to a small quite porch which leads to a wonderful outdoor space complete with B.B.Q , picnic table, fire pit , chairs, this area is perfect for s"mores and evening relaxation. Bedroom #3) "Ships Ahoy" this spacious room has a bunk with a full and a twin and also a very comfortable queen size bed. If you are still in need of extra sleeping areas both of our sofas fold out into queen size beds. , free Wi-Fi

Very close to base. Nice neighborhood area. Was really pretty relaxing. We were here for my sons military graduation and was ver easy to get to from house. Lots of stuff to walk to from house.

The house was impressively spacious and impeccably clean, equipped with dishes, cooking pots, and pans. It exceeded our expectations in size compared to the photos and is conveniently located near the base, as well as various food and gas stations. This makes it an ideal choice for families visiting for events like family day or graduation. The beds were among the most comfortable we have ever experienced. The only drawback was the challenging communication with the property manager; I reached out for details before booking and received no response, which would have been helpful, and I also encountered no reply when I called later in regards to an early check in. If not for this issue, the experience would have been outstanding.

First the good parts. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. When we needed extra supplies, they were promptly provided. The house was spacious and in a nice, safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were comfortable, dining space ample and kitchen appliances functional.However, there were problems. The kitchen was not cleaned well, superficially, yes, but lots of grime and grease and dust on surfaces, stove and refrigerator. Did not use the overhead fan due to very big build up of dust on top. There was a broken window in the basement, making it open to the outside. There was leaking from pipes onto the basement floor and rug when the shower was in use. The decorations around the house were very dusty. While the stay was pleasant enough and accommodated our large family, it seems they hosts only do a superficial cleaning and either weren’t aware of the problems or chose to ignore them as they were out of sight in the basement (they weren’t new). If more attention was paid to details and more time and effort were put into thorough, detailed cleaning, it would rate another star.

When I first arrived the place was clean but the linens from the previous occupants where still in the laundry room. I was able to get ahold of Mrs. Pheobe. She was very appologetic and got confused on which day i was coming. There is a separate apartment upstairs that she rents. It has outside access. Those people wasn't coming till the next day. The house was clean except for some of the bed linens but there where extra linens in the closets for all the beds. Mrs Pheobe was very accommodating and offered to give me a refund for the cleaning fee, which was fine by me. The house had plenty of room for my party of 9. The house is older but had everything we needed. Was in a nice location. Within walking distance the board walks and shops. I recommend if you want to go to the beach to visit Hunting Island. Beautiful beaches and not crowded. You do have to pay to enter but its worth it. The kids.enjoyed playing on the pool table,ping pong table in the basement. They are old so if you are a pro dont get excited . They kept the kids busy and thats all that mattered to me.

Cute house big enough to fit my family comfortably. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Parris Island if you are coming in for graduation or any other reason to go there.

Marine Graduation gem

We were thrilled to have found this wonderful home for our family's stay during my nephew's Marine Graduation. The spacious accommodations and clean, comfortable atmosphere made it perfect for our large group. Plus, being super close to the base was a huge bonus! Location to the base was excellent, but house needs some TLC, outside looked nothing like pictures , over grown in areas, porches need repair and paint, loved the room and lay out of inside but again inside needs a better cleaning, floors were dirty, under couches very dusty,window seals dirt need

Perfect for a large group

The location of this property is perfect. We could walk to ice cream, coffee, restaurants and while a bit longer, you could walk to The Sands beach. There was ample space for our party of 8, which included 5 adults (no couples), 2 teens and one kid.

Great location for MC Graduation

We stayed a few days for our son’s graduation from the Marine Corps. The house is very conveniently located about a 10 minute drive to the base. The house is great for families. We found it clean and comfortable.

This home has a beautiful lay out for a large family , lots of rooms a laundry room , a room to relax right off the kitchen , a nice sit down dining area the living room and den area join so that you can entertain while others are watching t.v. and still be together. The master bedroom is so comfortable , you may want to sleep in but their are to many wonderful things to do in Port Royal you will want to get out and enjoy!
