Port Royal has beautiful walking trails and lovely shops and is just a 2 miles to Parris Island Marine Station and just a short distance to Historic Downtown Beaufort.

Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in #1) " Sweet Dreams" the master room with comfortable king size bed and 400 count all cotton bedding , this room has a full bathroom attached,#2) "The Secret Garden Room" has two twin beds and opens out to a small quite porch which leads to a wonderful outdoor space complete with B.B.Q , picnic table, fire pit , chairs, this area is perfect for s"mores and evening relaxation. Bedroom #3) "Ships Ahoy" this spacious room has a bunk with a full and a twin and also a very comfortable queen size bed. If you are still in need of extra sleeping areas both of our sofas fold out into queen size beds. , free Wi-Fi

Cute House

Cute house big enough to fit my family comfortably. Very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Parris Island if you are coming in for graduation or any other reason to go there.

MCRD Graduation Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The house was perfect for a large family--plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and safe + close to several good restaurants.

Perfect for a large group

The location of this property is perfect. We could walk to ice cream, coffee, restaurants and while a bit longer, you could walk to The Sands beach. There was ample space for our party of 8, which included 5 adults (no couples), 2 teens and one kid.

Great location for MC Graduation

We stayed a few days for our son’s graduation from the Marine Corps. The house is very conveniently located about a 10 minute drive to the base. The house is great for families. We found it clean and comfortable.

Excellent location

The House was just as advertised and the bonus We did not know about was the wildlife sanctuary just down the road where you could witness hundreds of birds. Then there were turtles, rabbits frogs and even alligators. Great for evening viewing on the boardwalk.

Boot camp graduation

This properly was exactly as described. It was large enought to sleep our group of 12 and located in an ideal neighborhood. Close to Parrish Island and cozy little restaurants. Also close to the beach.

Location to the base was excellent, but house needs some TLC, outside looked nothing like pictures , over grown in areas, porches need repair and paint, loved the room and lay out of inside but again inside needs a better cleaning, floors were dirty, under couches very dusty,window seals dirt need

Great place for MCRD families to stay!

Great home in a great location.. few minutes to Parris Island for Marine graduation. Fully stocked home, clean, spacious, cozy beds, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The bikes were great to ride through the quiet town. Host was amazing with check in/check out instructions. Would definitely recommend to any family that is coming to MCRD graduation. Spacious home

This was our second time staying in the home. First was at the nest and this time in proud Mary. Great home to stay in for a large family. Plenty of space and sleeping options. Owner was amazing during both stays.

Great stay in Port Royal

We enjoyed our stay at the proud Mary in Port Royal. The house was fully equipped with everything that we needed. It’s very centrally located to Paris Island and downtown Beaufort, and just a short drive to the local beaches. Our family had a great time fishing from the Port Royal pier and riding bikes in a very clean friendly city. We will definitely visit this home again.

This is an older property. Good floor plan with plenty of space. 1 block off Paris Ave (downtown), 2 blocks from Shellring Ale Works (brewery) and Fish Camp Restaurant).

Sisterhood and marine pick up

We enjoyed the home. Lots of space. The location was great for walking. We enjoyed some beautiful sunsets and bird viewing. There was a great place off Parris street where a variety of birds came to roost at sunset

it is very peaceful and serene

the house is exceptional in all aspects. very clean ,well furnished and stocked. it is a beautiful home and was perfect for our family.the owner was gracious and very helpful and considerate.i would recommend this house to anyone and it would be my choice again in the future.our short stay due to the hurricane was still very pleasant and comfortable in this home . thank you for allowing to stay there.

This home has a beautiful lay out for a large family , lots of rooms a laundry room , a room to relax right off the kitchen , a nice sit down dining area the living room and den area join so that you can entertain while others are watching t.v. and still be together. The master bedroom is so comfortable , you may want to sleep in but their are to many wonderful things to do in Port Royal you will want to get out and enjoy!
