Wonderful property and hosts! As described, this home was perfect for our family gathering. Great location, quiet and a perfect setup inside and out! Plenty of space, clean, thoughtful and generous considerations for the guests by the hosts providing everything needed to relax and enjoy our time together. We have rented over 20 properties in the last 15 yrs and sincerely hope to come back. We highly recommend to interested parties.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Indianapolis! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning garden, which added such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to the property. The house itself was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and at ease.Everything was impeccably clean and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The soft linens and luxurious beds ensured that we had a restful and rejuvenating sleep every night. Family reunion

We had family from 4 states stay there for a long holiday weekend. We were able to have a game night and have seating, tables and everything we could need at our finger tips there! Perfect for entertaining! Comfortable and convenient! Great outdoor seating too! Absolutely our favorite rental of all!

Incredible Stay in Indy!

Ron and Randy’s home was a fabulous spot for our trip to Indy for a baseball tournament. Situated between downtown and Grand Park was a perfect location for playing ball and enjoying all the things Indy had to offer in our downtime! Their home is beautiful inside and out! We enjoyed making meals in the well stocked kitchen as well as using the great grill set up in the amazing backyard! The boys enjoyed relaxing in front of the tv, playing football in the large front yard, playing poker (with the provided materials) in the sun room and ending the day with a soak in the hot tub. Ron and Randy were amazing hosts; they leave nothing to chance, are easy to communicate with and are so thoughtful! This was one of the best, if not the best, overall experiences I have had in a VRBO! They have truly thought of everything a guest would need to feel at home! If you are coming to Indy this house is a must!

Don't hesitate to book

I've stayed in VRBO's around the world and this was the most welcoming, home like place I've ever stayed. You don't need anything, they have it here. For instance, i usually bring all my spices from home, but they had a selection. It felt like I was visiting my wealthy aunt who likes to entertain for the weekend! There were no negatives. Easy check in and out. They have very few check out rules, so you don't feel like you are cleaning the whole house before leaving. It was lovely, you should book this home immediately!

It was perfect

It was as good if not better than photos showed. I would have loved to enjoy the back patio with all of its amenities, however it was too cold outside. It was spacious and felt very comfortable and had an at home feel to it. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was very nice. The owner was amazingly cordial and responded quickly. Each of us staying at the house had more than one conversation concerning how nice it was to stay at this house. We only had one minor issue, which was that the grill didn't fully cook the chicken. We ended up bringing it to the oven to finish it. To us, that wasn't a big deal at all. To others, it may be. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay again (3rd year). We like sitting out back in the evenings to enjoy the fall evenings. We don’t have to worry about anything when we book with Ron and Randy.

We loved the house. It had everything you could need for your stay. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and close to all kinds of fun places. We really enjoyed just relaxing at the house also. The backyard was amazing with the fire place and hot tub. Enough seating for all to enjoy the outdoors and gorgeous flowers. Our family had the best time!

`Wonderful stay!

Large comfortable home with a stunning back patio!! We loved to hang out in the porch, family room, patio and kitchen. The space gave you many options to hang out all together or many areas for smaller groups. The house was clean and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners...they are just a joy to chat with! Thanks for the great memories with friends!

60th Anniversary/ Family Reunion

From start to finish this property and our hosts exceeded expectations. The home itself is larger than it appears in photos. The backyard is a lovely oasis and we made use of it all -- the large patio, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and hot tub! Every room is stocked and so clean and organized! We particularly appreciated the ground floor bedroom for grandparents with mobility issues. Our hosts were gracious and went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were accommodated. With their permission we hosted a family luncheon to celebrate a 60th wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect setting. We look forward to returning in the future!

Great Family Reunion in Indy

We attended our Family Reunion in Indy. Our VRBO home and hosts Ron & Randy were absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities and supplies we could ever need. Ron and Randy live nearby and were very helpful when we had an issue with the garage door code. We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Indianapolis area. We will be back.

Excellent hosts

Ron and Randy are wonderful hosts. This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this location because their attention to detail is outstanding. They are easy to communicate with and they even emailed me when they realized I had made a mistake and booked the wrong week for the FFA Convention. They are fun to visit with, left us candy for the Trick or Treaters and know how to make you feel at home.

A great Addition to our Family Tradition

Our family picks one road game a year to travel and cheer on our beloved Syracuse Orange football team …. Purdue was this year’s choice. Our stay at Ron and Randy’s home was perfect - great location, beautiful home, well equipped … but the patio area was the star! Fantastic place for us to grill, watch the fire, and get family time before the game. Will be tough to beat this trip!
