Nice place to stay to disconnect from the everyday. Relax in the hot tub while you watch the farm animals. Plenty of room for our two puppies to play in the backyard and get their energy out. Close enough to town to grab a bite or choose to roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Our host communicated regularly to ensure we were doing fine. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very pet friendly with a large fenced in back yard. Hot tub was nice on the rainy Saturday. My daughter joked it was like the Swiss Alps with cattle grazing on the side of the mountain in the distance. Host was very accommodating with good communication. Kitchen well stocked.

Loved our stay here! So clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for bathroom and hot tub. Love the convenience of having a modern washer and dryer. Felt like home away from home. Was able to cook meals too. Garage also avaliable for extra items we needed to store. And the cherry on top was the backyard with amazing views with sunsets and star gazing with the fire pit and hot tub. Host was amazing and so helpful, great communication! Would definitely stay again!

Very clean house. Host will get back to you with any questions. It is a rural setting but only 15 minutes away from any type of store, restaurant, etc. you might need. Huge fenced in area if you have pets. Hot tub was great and very clean. Plenty of wood for firepit. Host provides plenty of towels. Figuring out how to turn the shower on was tricky. Turn water on, then pull down and hold the round ring where water comes out the tub spout until the water starts coming out of the shower head.Would love to stay in the fall when the trees are turning colors.

We had a relaxing time at the cottage. It was very convenient to restaurants and highways to get around. We enjoyed the hot tub and looking over the countryside. Was fun hearing the roosters every morning and our fur baby enjoyed the mooing cows, she spent time by the fence. Overall it was a very homey cottage and would consider staying again. Only complaint was the busy road in front and also I couldn't figure out how to turn on the shower, and was to embarassed to call so took baths instead.

oh no, i wish you would have contacted me i could have remedied the shower easily. i will post a note of how to use the shower for future travelers. i feel so bad. the road is busy in the morning and evening with the commuter traffic. our road does dead end at the lake so no through traffic. thank you for the review. glad you enjoyed your stay.

Wonderful home! Private, easy to get to and just a few miles from town and Lake Cumberland. Plenty of parking for a boat. Kris, the host, very nice and responsive. Great yard for my dogs. Private hot tub. Not a thing more is needed! We will be back

This property was perfect for our family. The house was so neat and tidy and comfortable. The backyard had a gorgeous view with a lovely patio and a hot tub. The front yard view was no less beautiful with a porch swing to take it all in! We will definitely return when visiting Kentucky. Highly recommend this property the host was kind and very responsive to any questions we had.

Property was as pictured and more. Our dog had the time of his life enjoying the huge yard and livestock watching. We saw deer and turkeys during our stay. Perfect distance from town and the water!

The hot tub with view of mountains and fenced in yard made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. No worries about the dogs having to be chained up while away from home. They enjoyed the country air as did we. Highly recommend for families with pets or kids.

To us its a slice of heaven away from the hustle and bustle while being a few minutes from anything you need, the lake, boat ramps and water access within just minutes all around you and entertainment. wildlife, birds, and the country fresh breeze refreshes your soul. When the weather turns cool, enjoy the fireplace with no fuss gas logs, or gather around the fire pit surrounded by mother nature and peace and quiet.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This farm house is surrounded with incredible views of the country surrounded with a hillside view complete decompression zone, social distancing at its best. Deer frequent the back yard as well as turkey and many other of natures critters. A fire pit outside makes for great gatherings in the evenings. Oh and the hot tub with that view - don't miss the shooting stars at night! We even supply the jar if you want to catch lightning bugs in the summer! When the weather cools, inside there is a lovely sandstone fireplace with easy to use and no fuss gas logs....all you need to do to enjoy a hearth side fire is push a button.
