The apartment is on the first and top floor and is rented as a whole; there is another apartment on the same landing. The villa is located in the most beautiful area of Livorno, home to the city’s most stunning villas—all in Art Nouveau style—near the sea (a 300-meter walk), though it does not have a sea view.
One bedroom faces the garden, so it’s very quiet and peaceful, as is the kitchen, while the other bedrooms, the living room, etc., face the street, so you’ll hear a little noise when the windows are open.
