Great Visit to Key West

House was just as described, plenty of room for the 6 of us. Location was good, within walking distance of shops & restaurants. The pool was great, small but refreshing. Enjoyed both the front & back porches. All in all, one of the nicest houses we have rented over the years. Really enjoyed our visit.

The location on the quiet end of Duval is convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach. The management company (Historic Key West Properties) is very professional and easy to work with and its concierge services provided excellent recommendations and seamlessly arranged a golf cart and bikes for us.The house itself was spotless, well furnished and thoughtfully arranged. The four bedrooms, all with ensuite baths, fit our group of 6 perfectly. The outdoor space, complete with pool, was a favorite hangout spot for our adult children and their friends. It's one of those houses you walk by and think "What a great place to stay, wish we'd booked that" - and this time we did! Highly recommend!

Fall vacation

This house is perfect for anyone looking for nightlife or just want to relax. The pool is the perfect size and the outdoor space is incredible. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The front porch is how I spent most of the evenings people watching. The bar and clubs were only a short walk or we rented a golf cart for the week.I’ve stayed in key west before and this place is by far the best and only place I would stay now.

Great stay in Key Wes!

This property was perfect for our large group! House is exactly as pictured. We loved that the location was down away from the busier end of Duval, but we could walk to get anywhere. Home was clean and well kept. Rental company was very responsive and communicated frequently. Would recommend this beautiful property.

They went out of the way to help us with our bags when we arrived in Key West. Very satisfied with the location. Location across from the Banana Cafe and La Grignote. Both great places to eat. We enjoy the Duval Loop Bus (which was free and was AC). Can't wait to go back!!!

Kelly- from concierge had balloons and champagne waiting on arrival. House was beautiful, big and best location on Duval Street! Kitchen was fully equipped- we made a huge buffet breakfast one morning- pool was beautiful and perfect size for our group. My only regret is that we did not stay longer!

Worth Every Penny!

It is hard to believe but this house is even more beautiful in person than it is in pictures. Close to everything, responsive management, clean, and comfortable. Maintenance was there within the hour when we contacted them for assistance and dealing with the office managers was a breeze - as simple as a text message to get what you need. They arranged our bike rentals for us for the week and left maps of the island along with coupons and suggested places to visit. This was our first family vacation and it was a huge success which was made possible by having a PERFECT home base. We will be booking this house again when we return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is amazing- absolutely what we expected based on the photos. If you are considering this spot- book it! This place deserves a 15 on a scale from 1 to 10 for its location! literally a few feet from the Duval strip, the home is spacious, comfortable and clean. The beds are comfortable, the outdoor pool and terrace were very attractive, the Bbq is a plus.However, we didn’t give a five star because, unfortunately, it had zero kitchen or bathroom basics! Most of us arrived from an international location and honestly, we didn’t appreciate to be told to go to the nearest supermarket upon arrival to buy salt, pepper and olive oil. This property is not on a cheap side, You would think, they would have minimum basics available.We have stayed in a lot of cheaper homes with a few and sometimes a lot more of basics for guests to enjoy, especially the international guests.It also lacked of communication with the rental company, we called several times to find out how to turn on the outdoor fans and only received an answer the next day. So, overall, this was a great stay and perfect on the location side and the quality of the home, just make sure to travel with sugar, salt & pepper, oil, body soap and shampoo. Should you have any questions, relax, the company will call you on island time.

Exceeded our Expectations

From the time we checked in to our departure everything about this house is perfect! The hospitality at check-in made us feel welcome. The house was beautiful. Well decorated and had everything we needed. The pool and backyard space was just awesome! The location of this house was great, very walkable to everything. Our family celebrated a 60th birthday and we made lasting memories in this comfy and beautiful home. It is absolutely the best.
