The Perfect Location

Steps from Duval street and within walking/biking distance so many great restaurants. We rented bikes for the week and rode everywhere. The accommodations inside were perfect with comfortable beds, an amazing deck for morning coffee, and a quiet neighborhood for a peaceful nights rest. Would definitely stay there next time.

I really enjoyed the attention to the details which had been given carefully to this very comfortable Villa in the heart of old key west. it's steps away from a cocktail or a great breakfast right in the heart of key west. and the communication was wonderful with the management. they kept sending texts and followed up on any of our needs. they had a recommendation for a quick fishing trip which I was interested in .it was a party boat fishing trip and it was very reasonable it was called salty dog fishing.thank you for a great stay.

Great week in Key West

What a cozy property for 4 people. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot for us. The rooms were small but very comfortable. The bathrooms could use a shelf or two for toiletries but we made due. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great place!

We just loved this house. It was extremely clean and perfect for 4 adults. I loved the close proximity to Duvall street and we walked almost everywhere. The parking space was ample for our Lexus SUV. It was quiet and comfy. We will book again!

nice place close to everything, NO parking as advertised

cozy, nice, very small bedrooms, don't try and turn around in them but the king size beds were great. there is only parking if you drive a small clown car otherwise, you're walking a block and leaving your car on the side street. the balcony is nice but if it rains it floods and cannot be used for hours after. don't try and check in 1 minute before 4pm the lock is on a timer; we arrive 30 minutes early and were instructed to wait outside till 4pm. I rate this place 4 stars as I said its location is nice and convent. Be prepared to be treated like a number not a guest by the staff, there not there to help you only bark out the rules of what you can and cannot do! we were not offered a partial refund for not having any parking space and not being able to use the balcony the entire stay.

Great Key West Location

Great place to launch Key West adventures. Home was perfect for my family of four. Clean, bright and comfortable accommodations made our four night stay very relaxing. The host service was very responsive and helpful. However, I've never filled out so much paperwork for a VRBO stay. Especially concerning was the damage liability agreement that was required. Made me somewhat anxious throughout, and after, my visit. In the end, there was no issues, but it was a bit concerning to start.

Perfect location for Duval

My husband and our 2 teen girls stayed for a week in April for spring break. The house is on the south end of Duval where it’s a bit quieter. We were able to walk just about everywhere and when we couldn’t, there’s a bike rental shop on the street corner. The house had everything that we needed, but we were really only there to sleep. It’s clean and cozy in each space. We had a great time!
