Better than I thought it would be . Check in a little clunky with the key boxes , but I'll write that off as user error the owners (?) are right there via WhatsApp, pre checkin was good was able to stow bags at one of their associates places until 3 .Apartment was big clean and well done well located. Good Stay.

Great location and easy walking distance from restaurants and the main city area. Apartment is very basic, and we had trouble getting the TV’s to work, but other than this it did what I needed for a few nights and was clean.

A very long and large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 extra cots/beds so ideal for large families or multiple families. Close to all the travel attractions and in a very affluent and higher end area Kolonaki. Communication with host is very strong and they even accommodated us as our departing flight was delayed.

We arrived at the property to find that the check in link we had been sent did not work. After calling and messaging the host from the doorstep for 2 hrs with no response, we had to go find alternative accommodation. 5 days later, still no response from the host.

The apt was clean large bedrooms good mattress's, need little maintenance of door handles, faucets.

Other than the location, there was very little positive about this apartment. It was dark, the kitchen had only two glasses for four guests, the couch was not clean, and the bed linens were stained. Not even a bottle of water was provided for guests. We had booked and paid for four nights but decided to leave the next morning. While it is affordable, that does not excuse the state of the apartment; charging a little more to keep it clean and minimally stocked would make a big difference. DO NOT book this place!

Athens 2024

Nice, large apartment space in a nice neighborhood of Athens. I get New York vibes myself. Located near the heart of the national government. Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, embassies, etc. The Acropolis with its shopping and dining marketplaces are about a 15/20 minute walk.

Modern Apartment in high-end area

I loved the apartment & the beauty of the neighborhood. It was our last night in Greece though and also a Monday, so most shopping stores close by were closed. If I could do it over again, I would stay closer to Plaka. Either that, or arrive earlier in the daytime to Kolonaki if you'd prefer some higher-end shops:)

Very spacious but needs some work

The property is located in a good neighborhood that has many restaurants, shops and bars around so there’s always something to do or find. It’s is quite spacious and has alot of amenities. I think what would make this property better is a microwave, perhaps a different couch and change of lights in the apartment. Some of the lights were flashing as they were about to die. Also there was only one wine glass available for use and maybe two pots.There is part of the shower that is rusting that needs additional work. Apart from that we had a good stay! Thank you!

Felt abandoned

This was a terrible check in process. We got to the property at around 6-7 pm. We called the number to get the information on how to get in. The host did not answer. We messaged the host and did not get any information. We spent 40 minutes trying to get into our rental. When we did get in touch with the host, they were angry that we did not understand her instructions and yelled at us over the phone. When we were waiting to get in, a girl let us in at the lobby and asked if we were staying there. She seemed to know there was a rental and seemed to imply that this sort of thing seemed to happen frequently. There is a spiral staircase with no lights and no labels on the doors that indicate who lives there. When we asked why it wasnt labeled the host said no one labels anything in greece. It was clean but had some staining on the sheets and dust on the book cases. You can tell this is a quick stay for travelers that really is there to make money and does not have a lot of love or care put into it. I did not enjoy the stay here, it was just OK but the host and check in situation was awful. I would NOT recommend you stay here.

Η διαμονη ηταν καλη.Ωστοσο μια μετα πριν το check in εμφανισατε επίπλεον χρεωση για περιβαλλοντικα τελη και ενω ειχε προηγηθει γραπτη ενημερωση μου οτι δεν υπαρχει αλλη οφειλη.Θα επρεπε να αναφερετε στο site σας ολες τις χρεωσεις.Μη επαγγελματικο
