Great holiday accommodation with fantastic view

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful vacation rental and we have nothing but positive things to say! The accommodation itself was just amazing – it offered a great view that put a smile on my face every morning. Everything was clean and tidy, which made my stay very pleasant. I would like to highlight the excellent service of the host. In case of minor problems, they reacted immediately and everything was solved immediately. It's really comforting to know that you have support in such moments. Overall, our stay was just great! We highly recommend this place !

Prachtig appartement in een rustige wijk.

We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad. Het huis met groot zwembad is fijn, het uitzicht is prachtig, uitkijkend op zee. De wijk is rustig en verzorgd. De omgeving is mooi, locatie top. Er is een prettige woonkamer, slaapkamer en douche. De keuken is klein maar heeft alles. Fijn ook de bbq ! Een ruim appartement voor 2 personen. Het contact met de verhuurder is erg prettig. Rolf reageert meteen. Het inchecken in het huis ging snel en vlekkeloos door de duidelijke instructies.

Very clean and wonderful appartment. Very well located! The views are amazing. The pool is clean and superb Nice terrace. And the communication with Rolf is perfect.

Une vue imprenable ! Mer, montagne, piscine....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la casa Julio. Vue magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Les espaces extérieurs, piscine, pergolas sont bien pensés. Belle location avec toutes les commodités. Altéa est une très jolie ville.Des hôtes adorables. Nous souhaitons pouvoir revenir des que possible.Nous recommandons.

Very remote to any facilities or any one to contact if required.there is no manager. Only by contacting Rolf the owner in Sweden can you contact anyone about any problems which we did have .for example on hot water. Then a gas leak on the hob.No welcome pack other than a bottle of wine and water .Basic in comfort unable to have door open in bedroom for security so no air in bedroom as it has no opening windows.TV limited to news channels only.bed and pillows were stained and no change of bedding. Felt a bit like being in a hostel rather than a villa . Views are without doubt beautiful .sadly the standard of comfort is not . I think that if that level was improved it could be a very different picture.

Cozy apartment with dream location and sea view

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, lovingly maintained, and well-furnished accommodation - we lacked nothing. The host was warm, helpful, and easily reachable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The experience exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for the fantastic vacation we had here. Travel

We had an amazing stay at Casa Julio! We had good contact with the owners the whole time we stayed there. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the pool. It’s a lovely and quiet neighbourhood with a lot of privacy.

Appartement with beautiful views to the sea and mountains

Well equipped little appartement as part of a villa situated in a “urbanicación” in the hills between Altea and La Nucia. You need a car to get to the many touristic venues in the region or go shopping.

Lovely apartment with a great view and pool

This is the second time we have stayed here nice quiet location and a lovely pool. It’s a short drive into Altea or a €13 taxi ride (we used the pide app). Calpe has some great beaches again a short drive away and some great wineries close by Bodegas Xalo’ is a good one to visit and stock up. Excellent communication from the owners and a good clean apartment. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

2 sehr schöne und kurzweilige Wochen...

...hatten wir en la casa Julio :-) Die Ferienwohnung mit der grossen Terrasse mit dem Pool und dem Barbacoa ist sehr gemütlich, in einer ruhigen Urbanización. Den fantastischen Ausblick Richtung Altea und Meer haben wir besonders genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, wir kommen gerne wieder her!!! Grüße von Armin y Cristina

Fantastisk ophold

Vi havde den skønneste ferie i Rolf og Camillas lejlighed. Fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt over havet og bjergene. Lejligheden ligger helt privat i fredelige og rolige omgivelser. Rolf og Camilla er super værter, som er meget hjælpsomme og opmærksomme på deres gæster. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen en anden gang.

Ha superado nuestras expectativas

Hemos pasado una semana en Casa Julio. Las fotos nos encantaron al principio pero cuando llegamos allí y fuimos descubriendo poco a poco cada pequeño detalle de la casa llevaron a enamorarnos de ella. Es un sitio ideal para desconectar, relajarte y disfrutar. En cuanto a los anfitriones, aunque no tuvimos el placer de conocerlos en persona, nos hemos sentido muy atendidos y cuidados todo el tiempo ya que nos han dado todas las indicaciones que necesitabamos y nos han resuelto cada duda que nos ha surgido durante la estancia, dandonos nuestra independencia y privacidad que buscabamos. Muchísimas gracias por hacer que esta semana sea inolvidable y especial!!

Perfect

Casa Julio is a lovely house decorated with a lot of taste. It was very clean and a pool man comes once a week to clean the pool. The garden is very nice, with beautiful flowers and the view on the mountains and sea is amazing. The owners rent the house only when they are not there, so it means that we have the pool for us alone. Rolf and Camilla were really friendly and thoughtful and helped us when we had any questions. We had all the necessary in the house: bed linen, towels, games, movies, washing machine,... and all the necessary to cook (grill, barbecue, ...) but we also enjoyed the two restaurants situated in the village. There is also a supermarket at 4 minutes by car. Altea is 10 min far, it is a very nice city with a beach and nice restaurants. The old part of Altea has little boutiques and is very lovely to visit. We also went to Benidorm (15 min far) where there are a lot of shops. Our stay was perfect, we really recommend Casa Julio. Anne-Lise and Rudy (Belgium)

Really nice house in beautiful surroundings

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Julio. It is a beautiful house with a fantastic swimming pool. You also have a marvelous view on the old town of Altea and the Meditterenean Sea. Rolf was very helpful in case we had questions. There is also a nice restaurant nearby (2/3 minutes walk).

perfect couples retreat

we really enjoyed our stay in Casa Julio it has great views towards Altea and hills to the left, the pool was great and was a good temperature to cool off in. Inside has a small galley kitchen with a 2 burner hop and microwave oven nice large lounge and a very comfy bed in the bedroom through to a walk in shower, all though the Casa has no A/C we found it cool enough on a night by leaving all the blinds and doors shut. A short walk down the hill is a great restaurant "El Tossal" good quality food the 3 course dinner was 18 euros, Taxi to La Nucia was about 10 euros each way. The only thing I would have preferred is a larger fridge to store drinks & ice creams. We liked this Casa Julio so much that we have rebooked for next year.

Lovely Casa Julio

We felt very comfortable in the Casa Julio. The apartment is nicely cut, lovingly furnished, very clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is well maintained and the pole is cleaned every week. The view from the terrace into the valley is breathtaking and with the cool wind in the mountains the stay on the spacious terrace is just beautiful and relaxing. A big thank you again to Rolf, the landlord, for the comprehensive and warm care during this time.
