We are truly shocked by your review, as it doesn't reflect the standard we strive to maintain. The apartment does have hot water, but we understand that sometimes guests may accidentally switch off the water heater, which can result in a lack of hot water. We are sorry if this caused any inconvenience. Additionally, we will look into the issue with the cupboard door and the sofas to ensure everything is in perfect condition for future guests.
