アパートメントにはハイテク機器、オーブン、電子レンジ、電子レンジ、食器洗い機、ネスプレッソマシンの備わる設備の整ったキッチンがあり、ラウンジエリアにはソファとLowe TV（180度回転）、Sky TV、WIFIがあります。
寝室はメインの部屋とガラスの壁で仕切られています。クイーンサイズベッドと広いワードローブが備わり、十分な収納スペースがあります。
独立したバスルームにはイタリア風シャワーと洗面台、トイレがあり��す。 メインルームにはサーモスタット制御のエアコンがあります。

Great location, cute little appartment

We had a really nice time, the appartment location is perfect, right in the center of Talloires with the beach just a few minutes away. It can get a bit noisy in the morning on market days and the kitchen equipment is rather light but besides that I highly recommend the appartment.

A little Gem!!

We have just returned from a week at the apartment, which was a little gem!! It is situated right in the heart of the village with a small supermarket across the square for every day needs and boulangerie just around the corner for the much needed croissants for breakfast. There are also numerous restaurants catering for all tastes. The apartment is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Outside there are tables and a BBQ for the warmer weather. The lake is just a five-minute stroll from the apartment where there are many watersports facilities and swimming. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants comfortable accommodation in a beautiful scenic village with all the facilities of a lake.

Appartemet parfait mais très bruyant

L'appartement est parfait : cosy, propre et très bien aménagé. La relation avec l'agence gestionnaire est fluide et très réactive. La situation de l’appartement est dans le centre de Talloire mais par contre pas de grasse matinée possible : poubelles stockées devant la fenêtre de la cuisine 3 jours dans la semaine pour la ramassage très tôt, 2 jours des déchargement de camions pour approvisionner la supérette d'en face et un jour pour le marché devant les fenêtres. Le bruit est une affaire de perception individuelle mais il semble important de le préciser.

Studio meublé moderne et très qualitatif. Très agréable car en plein centre de Talloires a 5 minutes a pied de la pgage et entouré des commerces. Environnement peut être bruyant le matin a partir de 8/9H00 car activité des commerces alentours.

Never again

At first everything seemed fine but right after arriving we noticed that the appartment was not properly cleaned. There was lots of dust everywhere and the cutlery was dirty. Also there was no breadknive.. how the .... do we slice our baguette? Right after arriving we mentioned the issue of the place being dirty with the owners and we were told that they would get back to us with a solution. Nothing happend and the last day of our stay we emailed the owner what to do because we were not planning to leave our cleaning money on the kitchen counter as initially intended. This became a lame email discussion. Something else.. If you want to visit this place for some peace and quiet you'd better think again.. every morning there are multiple lorries unloading their goods for the local supermarket and restaurant just in front of the building and that makes a lot of noise so every morning you'll be awake at 7 in the morning. If you want to find positive things you have to get out of the appartment.. the area is beautiful and the lake is fantastic, especially if you visit the public beach in Angon.

Great little apartment in centre of Talloires

Had a great week in Talloires, attending a wedding and enjoying the beautiful village. Apartment location is ideal for us, right in centre of Talloires. Apartment spotless and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, good wifi, great shower. Could not have asked for more. Personally, it is advertised as sleeps 4, although the sofa bed is comfortable, we felt you would be crowed with 4 people. Good communication with Michelle & Claude after initially not being able to pay in Sterling, but was resolved.

A great destination

The location is perfect , the apartment very pleasant , stylish , well kept ,clean and neat . Manager very friendly , Would absolutely recommend to our friends Wonderful walks around the clear blue lake , Visiting nearby ski slopes . Good shopping in Annecey . Except for Pierre Bise , we did not find very nice restaurants . The manager could leave some notes regarding ' where to eat ' .

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The apartment features a well equipped kitchen with high tech appliances, oven, microwave and induction hob dishwasher and nespresso machine and the lounge area has a sofa that can convert to sleep one person. There is a Lowe TV set 180 degree swivel, English and French TV and WIFI .
The sleeping area is separated from the main room by a glass wall with blinds and it has a Queen size bed and large wardrobes for plenty of storage space. The sofa converts to a bed for 1 person.

The separate bathroom has an Italian style shower and basin , WC and washing machine . The main room benefits from thermostatic controlled air conditioning.

Outdoor space: the house (which contains 3 separate appartements) has a lovely shaded terrasse just accross the apartment . The space is shared between 2 apartments, with table and seating for each. There is a gaz Webber BBQ available on the terrasse for you to enjoy summer meals "alfresco".

The property is managed by Lacmontagne Properties and its fully bilingual conciergerie in Annecy are available to you throughout your stay to make sure everything goes smoothly during your holiday!

You are right in the village center, where you will find a small grocer, bakery, newspaper shop, cafes and restaurants.
The waterfront, the "Abbaye de Talloires" (where many weddings are held), the restaurants, the beach and sailing club where you can hire boats, paddle, go on a wakeboard outing, catch the water shuttle to go around the lake or go into Annecy town are all less than 5mn walk from the apartment.

The studio is in the village center which can get busy in high season.
There is no parking allocated to the apartment but the village has many public parking spaces nearby that you can use.
