Eleftheria Villaは、ビーチから350mの海岸沿いのMaleme村に位置する新築ヴィラです。 マレメの美しい海辺の道 - 太陽が沈む夕方の散歩に最適 - は、ヴィラから800m離れた場所から始まります。 海沿いに座ることができるたくさんの居酒屋やバーがあります。 西クレタ島はギリシャの最も有名なビーチのいくつかが発見された島の側面です。ファラサルナ、エラフォニシ、パレオホーラ。 山道を走ると、自家製のクレタ島の食材を使ったたくさんの小さな伝統的な居酒屋があります。

ヴィラの屋外エリアは小さいですが、手入れが行き届いています。 プールの横にはバーベキュー、日陰の屋外エリア、プールの周りにはサンラウンジャーがあります。 囲いの中に駐車スペースがあります。

ヴィラには4つのベッドルームがあり、8名まで宿泊できます。 1階の大きな開いている部屋は居間、食堂および台所を結合する。 この階には1つの寝室と1つの浴室もあります。 1階には3つのベッドルームと1つの共用バスルームがあります。 2つのベッドルームにはバルコニーがあり、ベッドルームにはトイレがあります。 両方のバルコニーには屋外セットがあります。

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft mit wunderbaren Gastgebern (zur Begrüßung gab es Wein, Öl und Obst)! Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt gab es sogar einen Kuchen - lecker! Das Konzept des Hauses ist durchdacht: es gibt 2 Terassen im Erdgeschoss, sodass man morgens und nachmittags im Schatten essen kann. Im OG gibt es ebenfalls zwei kleinere Terassen mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. 2 x die Woche wird das Haus gereinigt und der Pool wurde in unseren 2 Wochen ebenfalls 3 x gereinigt. Infrastruktur ist top: Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar (1 bis 4 km). Strand ist tatsächlich nicht weit entfernt - 5 Gehminuten, aber nicht ganz so schöner Strandabschnitt zum Liegen. Aber mit dem Auto ist alles sehr gut erreichbar - sehr schöne Strände erreicht man in 10 bis 45 Minuten. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: wir haben sehr viel gekocht - dafür könnte die Küche noch etwas besser mit Utensilien ausgestattet werden (Schere fehlt, es sind zu wenig Gläser vorhanden, nur ein Schneidbrettchen vorhanden). Anmerkung: die Dusche im EG ist nur für kleine Kinder geeignet. Ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

A beautiful house, in a beautiful place

There are very nice landlords, a great house and everything is very clean and nicely furnished. The only thing that bothers me is the car wash place. It‘s sometimes very loud.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful Villa

We have just returned from a fantastic 10 day stay at Eleftheria Villa. We were family of 6 adults and 1 teen and all us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Villa looks exactly as shown on the photos and the pool is larger than it appears on the photos. There was more than enough room for all of us both inside and outside the villa and plenty of sun beds/ seating. The Villa is located in a private spot and there was a sea view from both bedroom balconies and the pool. All bedrooms have air con. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk from the villa. We spent some evenings eating in (there is a mini supermarket for essentials a 2-3 minute walk away and a larger supermarket approximately 10-15 minutes walk away) during our stay and others eating out at local restaurants (we would recommend the black lantern, the Wave restaurant and Menta for eating out). Maleme itself is quite smalll with a few local restaurants all within a 10-20 minute walk from the bill. Although Maleme is quite quiet, the buses are easy and cheap to use to travel into nearby Chania, Platanias and Agias Marina ad they run from early in the morning until late at night. You can also book coach excursions and trips on little fun train. The owners of the villa are lovely and come to clean the villa and pool every 3-4 days. We will definitely book this villa again in the future! If you book, the little ginger cat that comes to visit is very friendly (he stays outside). Please look after him 😊.

Perfect

Exactly as advertised. Roomy, modern, well equipped kitchen with very modern appliances, spotlessly clean, lovely well maintained pool. The owners could not have done more to make our holiday perfect. Situated in a quiet part of Maleme with plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating for eight people. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful beachside home

The villa was gorgeous, and a convenient 5 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable and a good home base to explore Crete for me and my three teens. Nice amenities in the pool and two outdoor eating areas which we didn't get to use much because it was not warm enough yet. Was not too impressed in all honesty with the town of Maleme. We were there the second week of April, so before the real season begins. Maybe it would be different when the season is in full swing, but Maleme seems kind of quiet and fewer businesses than some of the other resort towns West of Chania. The really stunning beaches are on the West side -- Balos, Elafonissi, Falassarna -- but these are all within an hour's drive by car which is no problem at all. The beach at Maleme is perfectly fine, nothing to write home about.

Tolles Haus mit Pool

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden mit Wein und einem leckeren Obstkorb empfangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns nach ein paar Tagen neue Handtücher gebracht und das Haus geputzt. Bei der Gelegenheit brachten Sie uns selbstgemachte griechische Spezialitäten mit. Die Umgebung, der Ort Maleme, hat uns persönlich nicht so gut gefallen, aber wir hatten ein Auto und sind an andere Strände und Orte gefahren. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub.

Maison et hôtes au top mais à proximité d une station service bruyante

La maison est très agréable. la piscine est grande et l eau est chaude on y rentre très facilement c est appréciable. Le seul soucis c est le bruit des kartchers de la station à longueur de journée.... Notre Hôte était adorable avec des attentions qui font chaud au cœur. La maison est très bien placée pour visiter le côté ouest de l île.

Perfect Pool Villa

It was a wonderful location. The house is spacious for 2 families. Everything was well prepared and clean. There you find all you need for a great vacation. By foot you can reach the beach and restaurants. For further exploration a car is very handy. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come again.

Beautiful villa in lovely location

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. It was very well equipped with everything you could ever need and was spotlessly clean. Eleftheria was very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for us as it was so quiet but it was only about a 20 minute steady walk down to the sea and tavernas so plenty of time to walk off the good food and alcohol. The large swimming pool and outside spaces were excellent. We would have no hesitation to stay here again.

Villa parfaite à tous ponts de vue: confort, situation, accès... Les équipements, le linge de maison, la climatisation, tout est moderne et de très bonne qualité. La piscine est très agréable et d'une belle grandeur équipée d'une fontaine et d'un jet de massage ainsi que d'une douche extérieure. L'entretien de la piscine et le ménage sont faits au milieu de la semaine. C'est inattendu (une première pour moi) et très apprécié! Les propriétaires sont tout à fait charmants. A recommander sans hésitation!

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Besitzer des Hauses waren sehr bemüht und immer zur Stelle bei Fragen. Das Haus wurde während unseres Aufenthalts gereinigt, die Handtücher und Bettlaken ausgetauscht und man hat uns mit frischem Obst, Wein und Wasser begrüßt. Das Haus war genau wie in den Bildern. Sauber und moderne Einrichtung. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Der Aussengrill hat super funktioniert. Das Pool war sauber und sehr angenehm. Das WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne Villa mit super Service

Das Objekt liegt sehr gut, um den Westen der Insel zu erkunden. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem der Service ist toll. 3 mal Bettwäsche und Handtücher Wechsel in 12 Tagen, sowie Grundreinigung. Der Pool ist 12 m lang. Alles top.

Tolle Villa!!!

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Villa. Von den Besitzern wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt, auch der Kühlschrank war schon gefüllt (was die Kinder freute). Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde gewechselt und die Villa sogar gereinigt. Super Service! Das Haus hat einen tollen Pool und von der oberen Etage hat man Meerblick. Zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Weg und der Ort bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Nach Chania kann man mit dem Bus fahren. Wir können dieses Haus empfehlen. Vielen Dank - für die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder...

We had a lovely holiday in the villa it is in a perfect area it’s modern and the garden is really nice and quiet the Pool is excellent. We got on realy well with the owner and her and her husband they have done well with this villa we would recommend this to anyone Niki x
