The property benefits from a private fenced yard of 100 square metres, while a generously shared fenced estate of 2,000 square metres surrounds the complex, featuring a beautifully maintained garden with lush lawn and ornamental plants. A private angular heated swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 metres with a depth of 140 centimetres is available for your exclusive use throughout the entire year, from 1 January to 31 December, and is accessible via an internal staircase. Seamless connectivity is ensured through high-speed internet WiFi available throughout the house, while parking for 2 cars is conveniently provided on the premises. For guests travelling with electric vehicles, an EV charging station is also available on site, making "Oliva 2" a forward-thinking and fully equipped retreat in one of Croatia's most sought-after coastal destinations.

The private fenced outdoor area of 100 square metres centres around the heated angular swimming pool, which measures 8 x 4 metres with a depth of 140 centimetres and is accessible year-round thanks to its seasonal availability running from 1 January through 31 December. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby, allowing you to rinse off after a refreshing swim. The shared garden, extending across a total fenced property of 2,000 square metres, is a verdant and welcoming space filled with well-kept lawn and a variety of plants that create a serene and picturesque setting. Families travelling with younger guests will appreciate the dedicated children's playground, which is equipped with a slide and a swing, offering a safe and entertaining outdoor space for the little ones to enjoy throughout their stay.

Inside the house, a range of amenities ensures a comfortable and entertaining stay for all guests. A billiard table and a table football set are available for your enjoyment, providing excellent recreational options during leisure hours. The property is equipped with a central heating system to ensure warmth and comfort throughout the cooler months, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer for added convenience during longer stays. Unit Layout

This elegant 5-room semi-detached house extends across 4 levels and offers approximately 260 m2 of thoughtfully designed living space, accommodating a maximum of 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the main level, you will find a generously proportioned living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, alongside an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for everyday use. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The kitchen and living areas both benefit from individual air conditioning units, and the living room opens directly onto a covered terrace of 20 m2 furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool.

On the first upper floor, 2 bedrooms are available. The first room features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bath and WC. The second room on this floor offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own bath and WC. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a flat screen satellite TV. On the second upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms continue the same standard of comfort. The first room features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with a shower and WC, while the second room provides 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also with a shower and WC. Both rooms on this level are equally appointed with air conditioning and a flat screen satellite TV. On the low ground floor, you will discover a dedicated leisure area housing a billiard table, a darts station, and a table football, all within an air-conditioned environment. A separate WC is also located on this level.
