Perfect Location and very nice flat

The flat is situated on a perfect location. Next to the house is a bakery, the beach opposite the flat, a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The flat was very clean with everything you need. For the air conditioning in bedrooms we were very happy and the wifi worked perfectly. the secured parking was also a plus, so you never had to look for a parking space in the evening. We can highly recommend the flat and would book it again should we be in Carbet. thanks for letting us be your guests!

Wonderful view of Pelican Beach

Second floor apartment with a large balcony next to and overlooking Pelican Beach. The balcony contains a 6ft long sitting couch and table and chairs for 6 people. The apartment sits next to a bakery and the smell in the morning is incredible. The two bedrooms have very good air conditioning. The living room has another 6ft long rugged couch with a pull out single bed. We ate all our meals in the apartment, the kitchen was adequately stocked ( could have used a larger cutting board, a few large cutting knieves and potato masher though). The best part of this apartment is the balcony with its expansive view of the beach and ocean . You can see fishermen bringing in their catch in the morning and a dozen or more pelicans surrounding them in hopes of catching an unwanted fish. You can see cruise ships leaving port in Fort de France around 6:30 in the evening. The beach is good for swimming but lacks shade close to the water edge. We had a delightful two week stay in Francoise Duffys' apartment.

Amazing view, lovely town, perfect apartment

The photos do this property NO justice. The apartment is so cute, and so well appointed: internet access, an entertainment system and flat television, a good sized kitchen, a comfortable living area, 2 cute bedrooms (the master has aircon), and a large, well lit bathroom. But we practically lived on that magnificent patio, which had a large, comfortable sofa, a dining set, a mosquito net and a breathtaking view of Plage du Coin. This apartment is a second floor walkup, so it may not be suitable for persons with mobility issues. It was perfect for our romantic getaway, and we would also choose this apartment if we were travelling with our children. You are only a few yards from a nice, open stretch of beach, and the water is so warm! It is great for playing, relaxing or having a swim. Further down in both directions, Plage du Coin is full of charming bars and restaurants, but it was also an easy walk to the Carrefour Express, or a quick drive to the larger market in Saint Pierre for groceries (secure parking was included with this rental). We took most dinners at the lovely Le Petibonum, just a short walk down the beach. This was partly because we were so pleased with the food, drink and staff, and partly because we visited during the off season: many restaurants were only open for the weekend, but Le Petibonum was open every day. Plan accordingly if you do not wish to eat out, and make sure that you purchase your food and seasonings ahead of time. And for goodness sake, put everything away when you are not using it: ants are everywhere in Martinique, they cannot be avoided and they will find your food if you leave it sitting! François provides a secure box for bread and pastry, there are sealed containers for sugar next to the stove, and there is room in the refrigerator for anything that needs to be put away.

Nous avons séjourné chez Françoise pour la deuxième fois. Toujours aussi satisfaits. Proximité de la plage et des commerces. Idéalement situé pour les visites et les randonnées.Le système d'arrivée avec boîte à clefs est un plus.Nous recommandons !

Séjour parfait

Appartement au top pour un séjour au Carbet. Il dispose d’une grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. Accès direct à la plage. Restaurants à proximité, boulangerie aux pieds de la résidence. L’hôte est très gentille et très disponible. Elle nous a bien guidée lors de notre arrivée. Allez y les yeux fermés. Je recommande vivement !

Une semaine au carbet

Super appartement avec une terrasse extraordinaire, tres grande ; la mer en sortant de cet appartement, et face à la terrasse,donc le bruit des vagues tt le temps ce qui est bien plaisant. à l'ombre,sous les palmiers. Que du bonheur!!! Au 1er étage d'une petite résidence. Une boulangerie à une mn à pieds. Bref Vs pouvez y aller les yeux fermes

Excellent emplacement! Belle petite boulangerie juste en bas et la plage directement en face. La terrasse est bien aménagée pour en profiter et y passer du temps. Plusieurs jeux et masques pour la plage à disposition. Vraiment beau séjour là-bas.

Appartement très agréable

Bien placé sur la route du nord ouest, juste sur la plage, boulangerie au pied de la résidence et restaurants sur la plage. Grande terrasse pour prendre les repas. Très pratique quand on a des enfants.

Emplacement parfait

Appartement bien agencé, on vit (voire on dort!) sur la terrasse. Un petit transat pour lire sur cette fabuleuse terrasse serait bienvenu. Emplacement ideal pour découvrir le nord de l'île.

Très bonne situation

L'appartement est idéalement placé à l'entrée du Carbet, facile d'accès, parking fermé et plage à 50m. La clim fonctionne bien et c'est nécessaire en été ! L'appartement était propre mais il aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement de peinture et de reprendre un peu la salle de bain et la cuisine. Les canapés sont peu confortables également. Bonne réactivité de réponse de la propriétaire et de la personne en charge de la location qui nous a fait réparer un robinet défectueux en 24h. Bref, c'est pas luxueux mais le reste est très bien.

Les pieds dans l’eau

Logement spacieux, vue mer, une boulangerie à 10 mètres de la résidence et deux restaurants accès par la plage à 2 et 10 minutes à pied. Seul petit inconvénient, le parking devant la terrasse qui tourne beaucoup du fait de la boulangerie. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Location pieds dans l'eau

Belle appartement spacieux et très bien placé. Possibilité d'aller faire ses courses à pieds. Boulangerie et la plage au pied de l'appartement, les restaurants, un marchand de fruits et légumes, un super U express où il y a tout ce qu'il faut à prix raisonnables. C'est un endroit animé en journée certains jours mais calme le soir. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Je le recommande vivement.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Très bien situé nous profitons d’une magnifique vue de la terrasse . Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances . Logement décoré avec goût et un emplacement idyllique
