Excellent Place Right on the Beach

Greg was fabulous! The spot was spacious and clean. Recommendations were available from Greg and previous guests- check in and out was seamless and we would definitely stay there again. Thankful for such a great getaway!

The perfect place to visit OCMD

Our stay here was lovely! It was so clean, comfortable, homey, and in a great location. We appreciated all the extras that were provided. You can tell Greg really cares about his visitors enjoying their time!

The property was perfect. For what we were looking for a nice, quiet location by the beach. We had to.Uber to the boardwalk, but that was fine for us, because we didn't want to be that close to the noise and all the hubbud. But everything else was easy and perfect, and the host was so helpful with any issues that we had.

It was very convenient being on the first floor and carrying things to the beach, even though we couldn’t see the ocean we got surprise visitors from the Fox every morning. The kids got a big kick out of that the condos and a great location, not too far from the boardwalk Kitchen was very nice. Looks like it recently had been updated. Bedrooms were nice. Second bedroom had two queen size beds, which was great because our two grandchildren one is a boy and one is a girl so each had their own bed. All in all we had a very good time.

Great weekend

This is a very nice place to spend your weekend. Everything was available for us which meant we didn’t have to bring alot of stuff. We also enjoyed how close to the beach and the kids loved it. We will be staying again and the owner was very nice and helpful,Thank you for a great weekend with our kids and grandkids.

Greg was an excellent host. He was incredibly easy to communicate with. The house was just as described. It was clean and we had everything we needed to have a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Wedding

We booked a stay for our wedding. The place was very nice and close to everything we needed. We even had the pleasure of watching a fox and her babies play outside in the dunes. Greg was an awesome host.

10/10 Stay!!

Beautiful location with lots of wildlife, sand dunes, and crashing waves heard from the patio! Only steps to the water. You’re fully covered with all amenities. Quiet location for a peaceful stay, despite being right along the main road. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an ocean getaway!

Great location

We really enjoys our stay here. Great location within 15 minutes of everything. First floor was a big plus, especially if you like to bring chairs and toys to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Ocean City, Maryland graduation gift to our son

The condo we stayed at was really nice, comfy & clean. Loved that it was right next to the beach. Also loved that it had a kitchen, washer & dryer for our use. So convenient The property owner Greg was great!

Great place to stay in ocmd

Property was right on the beach and near all the good restaurants and bars like Fagers, Mackys, and Seacrets. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Not at all your typical beach condo, my unit offers more luxury and amenities than most condos or hotels in the area. A modern, recently updated kitchen, brand new large capacity washer and dryer and soft comfortable beds are just a few of the things which make this a great place to stay. No need to bring linens or towels. Your beds will be made with quality bedding, and clean towels will be hanging in the baths.
