Great location

We really enjoys our stay here. Great location within 15 minutes of everything. First floor was a big plus, especially if you like to bring chairs and toys to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Ocean City, Maryland graduation gift to our son

The condo we stayed at was really nice, comfy & clean. Loved that it was right next to the beach. Also loved that it had a kitchen, washer & dryer for our use. So convenient The property owner Greg was great!

Property was right on the beach and near all the good restaurants and bars like Fagers, Mackys, and Seacrets. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic condo, location and host

The property was perfect..location, cleanliness and daily necessities (kitchen appliances, washer/dryer etc). Our host, Greg was very responsive. He checked in to make sure we arrived, see if we needed anything. Great communication. would stay here again anytime!!

Great location and great host!

We had an incredible stay at this beach condo! The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away from the ocean and close to all the local attractions. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The host was super nice and accommodating, always quick to respond and make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our beach getaway. Highly recommended!

Great place to create new memories

Greg's condo is AMAZING! It is conveniently close to all midtown hot spots for adults and families. Just steps away from the beach and even if you just want to stay in for the day, the condo is very comfortable and is well equipped with anything you may possibly need. It is very well maintained and we look forward to our next stay!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We all appreciated the location and comfort of the condo, enjoyed the history and photography books, the games. Loved the back porch, the sound of waves, the and the proximity of the beach. There’s a lot to be said for being on the first floor. We have stayed in newer places, where everything is perfect but we would choose this place over any of them, because of its aesthetic, it has personality and Greg is a very nice host.

Wonderful Stay Oceanfront

This owner goes above and beyond to accommodate guests! Great location, free parking right on beach! Very clean and updated. Cozy place for a beach retreat and he provides items in closet for beach use! This place should get 6 stars not just 5 out of 5! We will be back soon for sure!

Wonderful family vacation.

Wonderful spot for family right on the beach. My 87 year old dad enjoyed easy walking to the beach And parking spot. We liked the clean, spacious and homey apartment. Our favorite spot was having meals at the balcony. The view is serene looking at the dunes. We loved our peaceful evenings and nights. Resting after beach was very pleasant.

Amazing weekend home!

From the moment we booked this rental, Greg was communicative and helping us with logistics. The property is very modern with a lovely kitchen, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, and immediate access to the beach. It had everything we needed for a long weekend including extra towels, games, and more, with Greg just a call away if we were missing anything. Highly recommend!

Not at all your typical beach condo, my unit offers more luxury and amenities than most condos or hotels in the area. A modern, recently updated kitchen, brand new large capacity washer and dryer and soft comfortable beds are just a few of the things which make this a great place to stay. No need to bring linens or towels. Your beds will be made with quality bedding, and clean towels will be hanging in the baths.
