Nice apartment, good location

The apartment is well maintained, with everything you need to enjoy a holiday close to the beach. It's only 200 metres from the fantastic beach at Son Parc, and the shops & restaurants are a short walk away. The only criticism is that the pillows were very soft, so additional pillows would be positive.

Lovely appartment

Clean spacious property, easy walk to amazing beach. Pool area was lovely and well maintained. Decent sized terrace. Good location to explore northern Menorca. Spent a great week there. Just a little thing but, twin beds could do with new mattresses as very soft and new pillows definitely needed throughout!

Brilliant

2nd time using this apartment and again an excellent stay. Location ideal with close car parking a bonus. Will use again. A folder with emergency phone numbers and local information would be helpful. Had an amazing stay. Will be back

Great location, good solution

It is 13 years that I go to Menorca and in Son Parc specifically. I was looking for an apartment like this one, close to the beach, with parking lot and easily accessible. The flat is comfortable with a nice terrace. The main limitation is the organization of the kitchen that is provided with limited amount of apparels but if you are not looking to cook frquently at home, this is not going to be a major issue.

Central place to stay

The apartment is ideally located, very close to a beautiful beach, and very central if you want to visit the island. The apartment is not very modern, but given current prices in Menorca, we found it was good value for money. As mentioned in the description, the apartment does not have AC. This can be an issue in summer when there are heat waves.

L'appartement est très bien situé, avec toutes les commodités à proximité (supermarket, bar, restaurant, navette...)et une plage Arena son saura magnifique accessible à pied en 5 min.La place de parking privée juste sous la terrasse est un point fort.Nous avons récupéré les clés dans la boîte à clé, très pratique.L'appartement est très agréable, avec une belle terrasse/barbecue.Un accès wifi .Un coin cuisine fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire.Nous étions 4 dont 2 ados et avons apprécié les 2 chambres et la pièce de vie bien agencée.Pour résumer, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement au sein d'un lotissement très agréable avec comme autre point fort un accès à 2 belles piscines juste au dessus très peu fréquentée pourtant en plein mois d'août.L'île est magnifique, avec un côté nord beaucoup moins fréquenté et pourtant des calanques tout aussi magnifique qu'au sud.

Lugar perfecto para las vacaciones. A 30 minutos de muchos sitios interessantes (Mahon, Fornells, Es Mercadal, Es Grau, Ferreries y las tantas calas de la costa norte. El piso está muy bien equipado y limpio. Es muy facil comunicar con Sra Lorena. Contesta muy rapidamente y es muy atenta.

Quelques jours en Juin à Son Parc.

L'environnement est magnifique avec une plage très grande et un sable blanc rosé avec des minuscules éclats de pierre rose.. Et puis la mer est agréable voire transparente quand la brise ne souffle pas. Quelques supermarchés à une dizaine de minutes à pieds avec pharmacie, distributeur automatique et restaurants. L'endroit est très calme de surcroît.

Super pour la plage, la piscine et le padel !

La plage juste à côté est très agréable et super pour le snorkelling (raies, poulpes, murènes, grondins volants, etc...). Fornells à 15 min est une petite ville tres agréable, et on est bien situés pour visiter l'île, la plupart des sites sont à 30 min max. Les piscines et le padel de la résidence sont très appréciables. Lorena a été facile à contacter pendant tout le séjour.

Good stay

Excellent base to explore and enjoy Menorca. Apartment is clean and easy to access. The owner was great on communication and very helpful with queries. The development is well looked after with two pools, given we were late in the season it was very quiet and relaxing.

Séjour très agréable

L’appartement est bien équipé avez les ventilateurs de plafond qui nous ont bien servis. La situation est parfaite. A deux pas d’une superbe plage et des commerces. Les piscines sont très jolies et très bien entretenues. En résumé une très bonne location avec une propriétaire très réactive aux messages et un séjour très réussi !

Emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Lorena. Il ne manque rien, situation idéal à 2 mn de la plage,quartier très calme. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
