これはパティオと小さい囲まれた芝生の庭がある1階のアパートメントです。 美しい庭園内にあり、2つのプール（小さな子供用）と日光浴とリラクゼーションのための十分なスペースがあります。 ビーチはほんの数分の距離にあり、馬蹄形をしていて、泳ぎと日光浴をしています。 子供に最適です。 ショップやレストランはわずか数分先にあります。 バスは、アパートの裏側からMahonに行く時間は多かれ少なかれ1時間ごとです。

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well stocked, clean and in a fantastic location. There is a beautiful beach within 5 minutes walk with plenty of fish to see. The restaurants are close by, as is a supermarket and a bus stop is directly opposite so you can easily get around without needing a car. Would definitely recommend

Excellent service

Apartment was in the best location. Beautiful complex, kept very clean and tidy. The owner is so helpful, any questions and he replies immediately. Apartment was well equipped ,10 minutes from the amazing beach Lovely restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend

Fabulous 10 days

Love the location. We stayed on same complex last year. Nice and quiet which is ideal for 2 x 60 ladies … lovely pool. Apartment had everything you could want. It was hotter this year than last year and only downside is there isn’t a lot of shade around the pool and often too windy to use a brolly.

The owner was very helpful we gave stayed in the area many times as for the property it's self could do with a couple of weeks ony had fans no air con we was there for 11 days no change of sheets and the check in and out was telling you different between the owner and virbo

I was asked by the guest about a linen change which I said could be arranged at an additional fee which they declined as we only offer this on minimum 2 week bookings. I was also asked by the guest if they could have a later check out as they had a late flight which I agreed to.We only advertise ceiling fans in the property details so I’m not sure where the expectation was for air conditioning .

Fantastic 7 day stay. Apartment fine for four. Really well equipped. Great location with both the beach, restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. Pool and surrounding gardens lovely and relatively quiet. Lots of loungers although not much shade. Local beach really beautiful with clear, clean sea but again not much shade. Short taxi from airport for c40 euros. Only thing to be aware of is that you will need some 1 euro coins for the air conditioning which came as a surprise but is understandable. Host is very responsive and accommodating. All in all fully recommended. Thank you Mike.

Lesta en una zona muy buena, cerca de la playa y de todos los servicios. La urbanización es tranquila, la piscina está muy bien. Y solo con los ventiladores ya dormíamos fresquitos.

Très bon séjour

Appartement propre et très bien situé : proche des commodités (supermarchés, restaurants, piscine, plage). Arrivée et départ autonomes. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est également très réactif.

Apartamento acogedor en fantástica urbanización

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, hasta con sombrillas y colchonetas de playa. Teníamos artículos de limpieza, así que no hubo que comprar más que la comida que quisiésemos. El baño es pequeño, con plato de ducha, por lo que para bañar al niño necesitamos una piscina hinchable que llevábamos. Tiene ventiladores, muy necesarios en las noches de verano. Además tiene wifi gratis. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario. La urbanización es muy tranquila y tiene dos piscinas que nos encantan: comodidad y diversión cerca de apartamento. La localización no está mal, a unos diez minutos andando de la playa de Arenal, que está bastante bien. Sin embargo, nuestras playas favoritas de la isla están en la costa oeste, así que teníamos que coger el coche y están al menos a media hora, pero nos merece la pena. Lo cogimos con bastante antelación y nos salió muy bien de precio. Repetiremos.

Lovely week away

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Booking was easy and Mike was quick to respond to my emails. The complex was extremely well maintained. The gardens were very pretty and the pool beautiful.

Location was perfect with all amenities very close. The pool was lovely and kept clean and tidy. The beach was very well maintained and only few minutes walk away. All the restuarants I went to did excellent food and great service everywhere! The gardens around the apartment are outstanding and well looked after. Overall a fantastic place to have a holiday with everything that was needed was easily accessible!

Appartamento ben tenuto e con tutti i comfort messi a disposizione dal proprietario nel villino, con 2 piscine per grandi e piccolissimi a disposizione a 10 passi reali dal villino ed a pochi passi dal mare di Minorca di Punta grossa. Letti comodi e puliti e serenità e relax garantito. A 18 minuti in auto dal capoluogo Mao e 20 dall’aeroporto. Ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone, proprietario cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato.
