A gem in Dingle.

Superb location with a view in the Harbor, walking distance from the stores and the center. The cottage is modern, clean and with everything one needs when on holidays. Deirdre our property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Everything was great except a spider in the sheets and another in the bathroom and we stayed on a day of storms so we couldn’t see the views. Trying to contact management was hard only because of my not knowing how to contact internationally. We are going to return during the sunny months and stay here again. Once we got in touch with Deirdre Murphy she was sweet and with to respond.

Perfect accommodation for our needs

Everything about this place was perfect for us, the space was more than adequate and the cottage had everything we needed. Dierdre was very accommodating regarding our arrival time and the location was ideal, with spectacular views of the bay. Yes there is a small hill up to the house but if you have an issue with hills then you probably shouldn’t come to Dingle! We would definitely stay here again

Great stay - clean, comfortable and great location!

We stayed with our family - 2 adults and 3 kids - and the cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with our hosts was great. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Lovely place, clean and well-appointed - plenty of space and very close to town. This was an ideal base from which to explore. Would definitely stay here again if my family and I visit again!

We’ve stayed at multiple homes around the world and have always had a great experience. This was not the case here. The positives: The cottage was close to town and was clean. Looked great from the outside. Not great: Simple interior at best. Communication was terrible. Booked through VRBO but they won’t help you with answering any questions. They refer you to Trident Holiday Homes. The host reminded us many times that she works limited hours of 10-4 Monday through Friday. Doesn’t really work when check in is demanded after 5:30 and during a 2 hour window. No directions about how to lock the doors, use the washing machine, drying clothes-tried for 1.5 hours and clothes were still wet, plates broken, refrigerator loud, dishwasher loud and toilets loose. No coffee maker or Keurig, a few rolls of toilet paper and must buy napkins, laundry soap and even salt and pepper. Found ourselves googling how to use things that a simple manual would have helped. Don’t make the mistake of not having a WhatsApp account as you won’t get anywhere with the host (we learned you need to leave the 353 off the invite for it to be sent to her). Never heard from the “host” she never checked in upon arrival and never checked in upon departure. We still had a great time in Dingle, it’s a wonderful town but communication feel far short of normal. Try somewhere else.

Dingle Cottage

Great location, walkable to cute village- food, grocery, not walkable to the beach. We ate dinners out and made easy lunch and breakfast. Small fridge and freezer. Beds were comfortable.

A very Happy Holiday in a great Location & very helpful service.

Location. Space both within & outside the house. The helpful manager who gave good information. The comfortable beds. The couches in the sitting area are not very comfortable. Also the patio doors had cover on the glass which meant we could not see out through it. Overhall we enjoyed our stay & we would be happy to stay here again. Many thanks.

Perfectly located family sized holiday home

We enjoyed our three night stay in the final days of 2024. The property is very conveniently located to everything in Dingle town - a 5 minute walk. It was clean and neat, towels provided and extra blankets. We turned off the heat at night to save money and it worked out perfectly. The metered electricity is easy to use. The kitchen has the basics - no spices. Fireplace is not working. Recommended for small families. One ground level twin and other two rooms are upstairs. Property manager responded quickly to my questions via WhatsApp.

Great location

It was basic but very comfortable. Great beds and showers. Things I would have liked: instructions for the heater and washer/dryer (we picked the wrong setting and it took 4 hours and shrank our clothes), some minimal food items like salt & pepper, maybe coffee and tea.

We were disappointed that there wasONLY ONE ply/outlet per room, the ironing board was unusable as it was missing one leg and the couches were SO LOW, it was hard for even our grown grandchildren to get up from! ( they need 4” bun feet added to their bottoms!

We were surprised that there was ONLY 1 electrical outlet per room! The ironing board was missing one leg and TOTALLY UNUSABLE! The couches were very LOW AND HARD TO GET UP FROM…. They need 4” BUN FEET under them. Since there are so few electrical outlets in the room, it would’ve been nice to have had USB ports in the outlets at least!

Good location but lacking some key elements

Water in the shower was cold only. Shower upstairs is better for kids as tall adults don’t fit. Beds are not comfortable- you can feel the springs. The kitchen had good dishes but you cannot read the dials on the oven. If you are out of country and trying to figure it out it is pretty challenging. No salt and pepper at the cottage - need to pint that out for grocery shopping. Not all the windows close properly so it was quite cold.

Overall good experience, aside from the showers.

We stayed for 2 nights in Dingle and enjoyed the area. The property is located conveniently a short walk to town. Good parking. The downside was the water pressure for the showers was extremely poor. The second night being even worse than the first. The water came out of the shower head in a slow drizzle.

Great place close to the town center

The cottages were fantastic and fit our needs perfectly. It’s rare to find a place of this size in a sought after spot with no issues whatsoever like this one. We had a wonderful time and the property manager was very responsive with answering questions before we arrived. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Dingle with a small group!
