Great vacation

Perfect spot for our spring break. Close enough to walk to lots of places and easy drive to everything else. Condo met our needs and no problem getting in touch with property manager when needed. Thanks!!

The property is compact and perfect for 3-4 people , overall a bit dated but feels homey and everything works fine heat , tv , hot water . Beds comfortable parking a breeze

Fantastic!

We had such a great time. The condo is in a great location: close to the shuttle stop but not actually on the street (no noise). Corner & Upstairs unit. Heaters were more than enough, actually kept them pretty low and the place was still warm. Kitchen is really spacious and well stocked with everything. Beds were comfortable. Everything was super clean. We'd be very happy to stay here again.

Loved it

We loved it. My husband daughters and dogs stayed here and we loved it. It was centrally located, walking distance to the bus to get to the slopes. It was well stocked and they even left cute little treats. The only reason it didn’t get a five star is I wish the master had a king bed. There was room for it. But , great stay overall

Perfect Space

This condo has everything you need to cook in if you like. Space for everyone together or quiet space for some downtime. It was clean, well stocked, and quiet.

Nice Small Condo

Overall very positive experience. Good location (short walk to Mammoth Coffee Roasting Co.), clean and well enough appointed. Heating system is a bit anemic and overheats bedrooms if doors are closed.

Small but sufficient

Unit was complete but a bit dated/basic. Appreciate the amenities (full kitchen, dishwasher, clothes washer, netflix enabled tv, etc.). Jacuzzi and sauna were a pleasant surprise :)

Good Size, good property management communication

Good size, has everything you need to be comfortable. The beds and bedding were comfy. Good location close to Vons and there is a bus line right outside the complex. Dog friendly is a plus! The unit and property overall are a little older and needs some updating, if that matters to you.

Roomier than pictures depict. Clean, all necessities, convenient.

Great, enjoyed the stay and all amenities. Couches do need to be replaced. Carpet in sleeping areas need some tlc. Overall give this unit a 4/5.

Cozy and memorable

My family and I had a grueling 4ish hour drive in the middle of the night to our destination. Once we got to Mammoth and entered the "cabinesque" condo, it felt like we hit home and was so excited to be there. The place is fully equipped with everything you need. 2nd level is a loft with 3 twin beds, wash/dryer and secondary full bath. We had 3 teenage boys with us and they absolutely enjoyed their area. The adults had the bottom half of the condo, to which was a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen and family area equipped with a sofa bed. Although the sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, we made it work. They provided clean sheets and plenty of comforters. We cooked full meals and enjoyed using the fireplace. They also had family board games and movies for us to enjoy. We had easy access to the main shopping areas and was fairly close to ski lodges and other accommodations. It took us less than 30 min to arrive to June Lake and Lee Vining. Because of the heavy snow, we were unable to access the roads to Yosemite. There was way too much to do and we got to do almost everything! We would definitely come back and stay here again.

Dirty

The apartment smelled like urine and it was covered by Lysol. I’m not sure what was worst. I had to buy a candle to help the situation. The place was not properly clean, we found hair inside the microwave, the dishwasher, the bathroom’s counters. They didn’t replaced the minimum requirements within the bathrooms as simple as a conditioner. We were told to get our own. The shampoo and body lotion bottles in the bathroom were used and dirty. The couches seem dirty. We placed sheets on top of them to sit and watch tv. Pan inside the oven was dirty with leftover food. Yikes. I’m not sure if will ever be renting here. Too many issues.

Short Stay at End of Road Trip

Still lots of snow in Mammoth! Great location to walk to everything you need. Condo was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Property manager is great.

good location and comfy

good location, about 10 min driving to ski. close to Vons and restaurant. There is a park not too far with a beautiful view. The condo was very clean and had many utilities you need. For check-in time, they are very tough. It’s better not to arrive earlier. The bed in second floor were too soft. But it depends on one’s preference.

I asked for a bottom unit, one story. Much to my dismay the unit was upstairs.

The unit was very clean, however I felt I was deceived. I asked for one thing and didn’t receive it. I have an elderly dog how can no longer climb up and down stairs. I will never use your site again.

Clean and dog friendly

Nice place to stay for skiing trips to mammoth. The condo was nice and spacious. Lots of pots and pans for meal prep, great kitchen. The keyless entry was very convenient. We had some mixed up caused by the management company but overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was clean and nice place.

This is ours first time in Mammoth. We had good experiences. The place was nice specially clean. But the commutation was a little poor the the Agency or the owner. Other then that. Everything else was Beautiful.

December 19 Mammoth

The property was awesome, conviently located near Vons and Green line shuttle. Hot tub and sauna helped ease the muscle aches from long days on the mountain.
