Location, Location, Location! You can't beat the comfort and convenience of this modernized, chic 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington building. This spacious 1 bedroom sleeps 4 people, you are steps away from the lifts at Eagle Lodge and you can even bring the pup, making it all the more sweeter. Enjoy a full kitchen, stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals and dine-in around the beautiful crafted wood dining table with seating for 6. The living area offers a cozy wood burning fireplace, and large comfortable sectional to enjoy the Flatscreen Smart TV with cable. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, plus an additional Twin daybed. The living room offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. The upgraded bathroom has a separate vanity area, and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The home has a kitted out mud area in the entry so you can store all your gear and keep it cozy, and of course complimentary WIFI. The complex offers heated underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"), so you can park the car and not worry about those snow storms! Amenities at the complex include a Jacuzzi, outdoor pool (Summer only), sauna, tennis court, fitness room, coin-operated laundry facilities, and Fire-pits with picnic areas. Located on the green shuttle route, and close to the walking town paths, this unit is not far from the center of town with coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store. This unit is pet friendly and 1 dog is permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot and a second outdoor on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Please note this unit is located on the first floor, there is no elevator access, stairs only. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time visiting the lakes however our rental was in poor shape, not cleaned well. Our supposedly great balcony was unusable as it was filled with wood. Long white dog hair all over furniture.When we first looked at the virtual tour it looked good so it was really false advertisement!

Excellent location for skiing

This is an excellent location if you are interested in skiing, it is like 1min walk from the lodge. The heater took a while to work though, and we had to use the fireplace multiple times. Upstair neighbors are noisy.

It is a dog friendly lodge and the kitchen had everything we needed. The mattress is a little hard and take note this is on the bottom floor and the family upstairs was super loud during the evening but this is still a great place to stay!

Good Location and Size

The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. The furniture was modern, and it was nice that all guests could sit on the couch. The pullout couch mattress was pretty thin and uncomfortable. Our guests opted to sleep on top of the couch instead.The unit was a bit dirty for the cleaning fee paid. There was visible dust and hair on the floor, and the faux fur comforter appeared dirty. The pull-out mattress had visible food crumbs and dirt from falling under the couch.It would have been nice to have a broom to be able to sweep the firewood debris. The dining room light switch and kitchen sink were both faulty.

The kitchen is old, with scarce tableware. There were food remains in the garbage disposal. The bedroom has no heating other than a portable electric space heater, and the wall heater in the living room is very noisy. The door lock worked only partially, by turning the bolt on the inside before leaving. Lighting is insufficient. The TV was good, as was the bathroom.

Also a neighbor was doing construction and his workers left quite a bit of mess. Glass was broke on the ground. I cleaning it to the side, to protect my dogs paws and other visitors. They also left a mattress right outside. So it kinda ruined the view. The neighbor was very nice, I just didn’t love being in the middle is a messy job site while on vacation. However I’m sure when construction is done it will be great!

Close to the mountain but very plain

Disappointing stay

The interior of the condo entrance door was a wreck with a big patch of wood over something. The dining room table had a white stain on it. The bedroom window was missing the screen so when we opened it bugs flew in. The condo was a very disappointing pointing experience. The pool was also closed and was not informed anywhere about the pools lack of maintenance.

Great location

Great location especially if you’re skiing. Close to Eagle Lodge. Basic condo on 1st floor facing courtyard. We attended Blues festival and location was across from shuttle stop. Managed through Mammoth Properties and key had to be picked up & dropped off at their office along Meridian. Would recommend for couples or family with small children. Dog friendly.

Our only complaint was that the bed was very uncomfortable but the condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies otherwise. Overall, we had a great stay. It was unfortunate that we didn’t sleep great because of the bed.
