Easily accessible from the first floor, this Pelican Beach Resort Condo is just a short walk away from several restaurants and activities, with the beach just a quick stroll away and the gym and swimming pool right around the corner from your door.





This getaway is made up of two separate condos that can be rented separately or together. Included in this listing is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom main condo, and there is also a studio-style lock-off with a private entrance, kitchenette, and bathroom. While you can rent either section individually, booking this listing will ensure you have both - perfect for groups of up to eight.





The living room offers a balcony for taking in some fresh air before relaxing on a cushy sofa, where you can have a lazy movie night in with your group thanks to the DVD player and cable TV, or use the WiFi to plan the next day's adventures.





Making something tasty for your group is easy thanks to the ample countertops and selection of appliances of the kitchen. After enjoying a meal together at the table for six, just load the dishwasher for easy cleanup!





This getaway can sleep up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and baths (with one of each located in the lock-out.) The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed with easy balcony access, while the guest room's two twin beds are perfect for kids. With the lock-out's queen-size bed and the living room's sofabed, everyone will get a good night's sleep, and the spacious baths and shared laundry services will make sure you only bring great memories home with you - not clothes full of sand.





Pelican Beach Resort offers a quick boardwalk stroll to the beach, and when you're done enjoying the sands and surf, you can get a workout in at the gym or tennis court, or take a relaxing soak in the three pools or two hot tubs. For more aquatic fun, head across the street to Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park. Afterwards, come together for an al fresco dinner in the shared grilling area. ** Please note that The Terrace is a closed property during spring break and other holidays. No outside guests are allowed on the property at these times.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
