Thanks for asking us to provide feedback. We had a fantastic holiday thankyou. We found all the team at helpful holidays very helpful - particularly Danilo was great at helping to organise water based activities. We found a lovely cafe in Varenna - fantastic freshly prepared food, great cocktails, wi-fi access. Would definitely recommend. We went over especially for dinner on our last night. Caffe Varenna on the water front.

Not amazing but great location

Location is amazing …love Lake Como and a short drive to Mennagio Apartment however is not what we have experienced elsewhere around lake como. Expensive for the quality, it’s a bit tired, the parking isn’t ideal but we made it work but the pool is lovely and the view from the balcony made our evenings. Probably wouldn’t recommend this place to families as facilities were very tired and we had an issue with the hot water but the management company sorted it the next day.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Leider war alles sehr schmutzig. In den Bädern waren noch die Haare vom Vorgänger. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls schlecht und die Möbel sind total veraltet. Wir haben uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt und sind sogar früher abgereist. Das einzige was gut ist, ist der Pool.

At first you accepted, but later changed your mind and unfortunately our team was left outside for half an hour without the possibility to enter and perform the extra cleaning. We truly regret that we could not resolve this situation during your stay.Your comments regarding the condition of the apartment and the furniture have been shared with the local team so that improvements can be made. We are also glad to know you appreciated the pool area, even if the rest of your stay did not fully satisfy you.We sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a more comfortable and pleasant stay.Best regards, Happy.Rentals Team

Great place for a vacation

Family of 4 - two teenagers, two adults stayed 4 days. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with the stay in this property. Comments: - lovely terrace, not directly in sun - bathroom and bed linen could have been more clean. - garage very small. Normal car size did not fit ( Vw Passat). Other parking possibilities limited but it worked anyway. - nice pool area, wonderful view. - car is necessary to have - 10 min by car to lovely Menaggio with all services Strongly recommended by all four of us!
