In the living room there are two sofas and a television. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking: in addition to the gas stove, there are a traditional oven and a microwave, a kettle, a Moka and Espresso coffe machine, a toaster, refrigerator as well as a washer-dryer.

Above the kitchen, accessible by a small spiral staircase, there's an additional single bed in a loft space. A small bathroom with shower, WC and hairdyer completes the flat.
