The apartment is not nice. Decent sized 1 bedroom. It has a wonderful wrap around balcony overlooking the road and then lake which is quite beautiful. There is a walkway along the lake to town and swimming. The host was traveling w limited internet access, so her messages were infrequent. However, She did send pictures of the entry to assist in finding the right apartment which was helpful. The problem is parking. Unless you have a tiny car, the side street, driveway and garage were impossible to maneuver. Luckily we found a spot in a tiny lot just before the sign of the town name. The washing machine was small but efficient. There was a drying rack. The apartment was clean.

Check-in was very smooth, and we were even able to arrive earlier than planned. Lyia is a wonderful host – kind, communicative, and always quick to reply. The apartment has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and is very well equipped. The view from the spacious terrace is absolutely stunning. A small tip for future guests: when parking in the garage, it’s easier to back in.

The communication with host was good. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, with a great view of Lake Garda. Parking garage was tricky but nice to have. Just a note, the apartment next door is under renovation, but it was quiet at night. The photos on the listing are accurate.

Cosy flat with a wonderful view

We enjoyed our week in the flat. It was well equipped, beautifully decorated and in a good location, only ten minutes to the next beach bar and thirty minutes along the lakefront into Salo. But the best bit was the view from the balcony, and from the enormous sofa inside. Thank you, Liya.

Am amazing beautiful view from the delightful apartment

A lovely apartment with a simply fantastic view, easy to find a peaceful 20 minute walk along the promenade around to Sálo. The underground parking is tight for anything but a compact though better to reverse in. The apartment was clean, had everything you could possibly need and a washing machine. The bathroom was clean and a good size. The shower had plenty of hot water. The balcony is best place to relax, chill and enjoy a large glass of wine. Would happily stay again

This property is a great option vs. staying in the center of Salo, especially if you prefer an apartment to a hotel. It has excellent views of the lake and Salo across the narrow bay, a large balcony, modern kitchen, washing machine and updated bathroom. While there is a busy road in front of it, the traffic was not noticeable at night while sleeping. I would suggest that the owner consider some improvements, however.Parking is quite difficult for the apartment. It is located on a very narrow lane with 4-5 spaces to park on the right side. If those are full, you have to park elsewhere - there were about 8 spaces down the street about 200 meters, which we used on occasion. Supposedly there is a garage space under the apartment building, but I honestly cannot imagine how anyone can get a car of any size into (and back out of) it. A motorcycle would be the only option. The owner needs to provide better information about this. The owner also needs to upgrade the bedroom mattress. It definitely sags in the middle, so much so that I slept on the (very large, wide, comfortable) sofa in the living room after our first night. The owner also needs to replace the bathroom towels (old & rough) and furniture on the balcony (old & uncomfortable). The kitchen could really benefit from a modern coffee maker too - the tiny Moka pot was inadequate for more than 1 person. But again, overall this is a good option for staying in the lovely Salo/San Felice area.

Gemischt
