Fantastic apartment, well equipped and smartly appointed, great location right on the beach and close to many many restaurants. 15-20 min walk to the main bus stop, from where you can explore the area. Great communication with Humi both before and during our stay.

Lovely apartment on the beach

We had a fabulous stay in Puerto de Sóller. The apartment is located on the promenade an seafront, the perfect location! Ricardo was a good host. He met us at the apartment for check-in and was quick to respond to the issue with the water heater. We would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to visit again soon!

Great apartment, stunning view from balcony Very well equipped BUT very noisy, you could here the neighbours, walls very thin, AC unit sounded like a washing machine spinning all night Take ear plugs

Great location. Nice apartment. Well equipped. Noisy neighbors.

We enjoyed the location. Great views, and easy access to the beach. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with the things we needed for our stay. Unfortunately there was construction happening during our visit which interrupted our stay. The host tried to remedy. For future rentals we will make sure to ask.

Love this Apartment

Fabulous Apartment Great Balcony for people watching etc Kitchen very well equipped. Towels lovely and soft. Beds very clean good mattresses etc. Good WiFi. All in all everything you would need for your holiday Would not hesitate to book again the only and it's a small only would be nice to have beach towels supplied maybe next time. Frontline bliss!

This was a beautifully appointed property, very clean and tastefully decorated with a wonderful view of the whole of the bay from the terrace. Well supplied with wine glasses - a definite plus! The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The venue definitely added to the enjoyment of our week there. It is so centrally situated for restaurants, bars and the beach. This was important as one of the friends I was with had a knee problem and he was not required to walk very far to eat out at the many places around us. I shall be recommending it to my friends and hope to be back.

Sea view perfection

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this apartment and we were very happy to return. There have been some recent improvements, a refitted kitchen, new beds in the main bedroom and new sofas and Smart TV. For us the location is the best part, with the beach and lovely restaurants on your doorstep and a beautiful view from the large balcony. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday, we will definitely be coming back again soon. The host Ricardo was quick to respond to any messages and met us at the apartment. Also, I left my Kindle behind and he has kindly offered to post it back to me.

Nicely located apartment with a beautiful view, but ...

The apartment has a very good location overlooking the Port de Soller bay - with direct access to the beach and restaurants. The apartment itself is overall fine - especially the terasse which is big plus, but we were a bit disappointed given the previous ratings since the apartment is a bit worn and not that inviting (e.g. lots of + 500 lux light bulbs), beds are uncomfortable - especially in the adjacent room, where the bunkbed is extremely squeaky. So pro's and con's for this one .. Would be a 5'er if the apartment got a good and proper refurbishment.

Excellent stay

Lovely apartment right on the beach. Had everything we needed for a great stay in Port de Soller. Right on the beach. Family loved it from 9 yr old to 79 yr old.

Eine schöne Woche in einem angenehmen en Umfeld

Sehr schöne Lage. Durch die Lage mit entsprechendem zu erwartendem Trubel durch die Lokale am Abend. Um 23 Uhr wird es ruhig. der Balkon ist großartig. Das Haus ist von den umliegenden Wohnungen sehr hellhörig. Das zweite Schlafzimmer kann nur wirklich zum Schlafen genutzt werden. Kritik haben wir zur Parksituation. Der geschilderte Parkplatz gehört nicht zur Wohnung und ist kostenpflichtig. Der Vermieter konnte uns hier keine Alternative anbieten (6€/Tag).

Wonderful apartment in great location

Prachtige ligging vlak bij strand

Het appartement is voldoende groot en het strand vlakbij. Buiten het seizoen heb je wel helemaal geen zon op het terras, wat jammer is. De omgeving is de ligging tegen de dijk wel rustig

Nice apartment, very well equipped Great view and beach location We were very lucky with the weather in January but had to walk 15 minutes to the Port. Only couple of places open but great bus service around the island so visited many towns and villages Would definitely recommend

Wonderful apartment in ideal location

This apartment was perfect for us. The view from the terrace is lovely, and although you are in the midst of restaurants, it's not noisy at night (you can hear the waves!). Being just over the road from the beach is so convenient. It's very comfortable and spacious, and well-equipped. We didn't eat in much, but you could certainly do proper cooking if you wanted to. Lots of plates, glassware, pans etc. Also nice furniture for the terrace - on the nights we did stay in, it was a very nice place to sit. The apartment was very clean, and Humi was great to deal with, always responding promptly by text and helping us book a taxi to the airport. There's a Spar a few doors down open until 8pm, and lots of cafes etc nearby. It's a great place to stay.
