ニューハーバーにある居心地の良いバンガロー。 サイモン・Rによって建てられたこの1917年のコテージ ボールは2016年に新しいキッチンとバスで更新されました。 ラップアラウンドポーチからは、グレートソルトポンド、大西洋、緑の野原、ビーチに続く砂丘が見渡せます。 ビーチへのアクセスはコーンネックロードの真向かいにあり、フレッドベンソンのタウンビーチとパビリオンは徒歩5分です。 バンガローは、オールドハーバーのショップ、レストラン、バー、フェリー港からわずか1.6 kmです。 レンタル料には、すべての寝具とバスタオルが含まれます。 2階の寝室と1階の寝室にはクイーンベッドが含まれます。 3階の寝室にはツインベッド2台が含まれています。 リビングルームのソファーは真新しいクイーンサイズの寝台ソファーです。 7月から9月の間、この物件は土曜日から土曜日まで賃貸されます（短期滞在が考慮されますが、日付は土曜日の間でなければなりません。）

Perfect location

We have been visiting the island for over 15 years and never stayed in such a beautiful location. The perfect porch for the sunrise and sunset over the water. Always a breeze. Just beautiful. The house was cute and perfect for just my family.

Magical location!

One of the most stunning locations I could have hoped for. Panoramic water views with sunsets over the great salt pond. Close to town and restaurants but secluded; couldn’t ask for a better spot!

Our favorite week of the year

Thank you Kirsten for another amazing week! We love this charming house so much. Our daughters and their friends say this is their favorite week of the year… perfect location for sunrise in the morning and sunset over the harbor in the evening! We fall asleep to the music at Paynes Dock and you can’t beat the 5 minutes walk to the beach across the road. See you next year!!!

Great location but property needs help The refrigerator didn’t work properly, no tv or internet, the grill would not start one towel per person for the week. The view and location were great

Perfect location and a special house

Our family enjoyed this house immensely. We stayed here with our teens daughters and 5 of their friends, and it was a very special trip. We enjoyed dinner outside every night, the harbor view is beyond beautiful, the short walk to the beach was perfect for the kids, and the mile bike ride to town was a nightly treat. The house has island charm, and we embraced the coziness and the special space that it is. We can’t wait to return! The owner went above and beyond to help us when needed. highly recommend!

Location, location, location.......cannot beat it!! Our dogs loved the open space to run and we all enjoyed the daily deer sightings. Dinner each night out on the porch accompanied with fabulous sunsets. The sun rise on the other side of the house was also spectacular.

Review of block island house - great location

Overall friendly host who was helpful at locating but lived right near the property so there was a lot of back and forth the first two days. There was no AC and the beds and couches were all damp due to being on the water. Would have been better experience with AC or dehumidifier. Very difficult time sleeping. The location was amazing and hard to beat.

perfect spot on block island

Thank you Kristin and Phil for allowing this opportunity for a wonderful visit to Block Island. Such a peaceful and perfect place - private yet so close to everything that is great about the island. Beaches, New Harbor, the town... The stay was everything that me (and more importantly my dogs) dreamed of. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous view

The best of block island. We have been coming to BI and have rented many a house. This one takes the cake. Perfect for our family of 5. Swim in the GSP right outside your door. Walk across the street to the beach. Sit on the porch and watch the sunset. Absolutely spectacular.

Phil & Kirsten were wonderful throughout our entire stay at their bungalow. It was the perfect location on the island & very cozy beach bungalow. House is old home but very well maintained inside. No complaints at all. We will be back next summer! Thank you To the O’Briens. -The Sullivans
