We don't usually rate the guest reviews but we will in this case. We have not hidden any features of this house, it is described to the best possible and the exact location is shown on the map. There are 2 neighbors around the house, one that lives all year round and the other house next door is rented by another agency. The house is totally independent and nothing is shared, there are neighbors as in many other renatl houses and this is not a reason to request a refund or a property change. It is clear that the house did not meet the expectations of the guest for different reasons but in any case we wanted to hide any information, We suppose the guest was looking for a more private villa without neighbors, we didn't know this. It is true that the guests who arrived the same day made a mistake and used the wrong way to access their villa, this problem was quickly solved the next day. As the guest was already dissatisfied with the house, he began to look for all kinds of problems, some really incredible, such as the fact that the steps did not have the proper size and were dangerous... and most importantly, if we did not return the money, they would leave a bad review. Our answer was that from our side we would try to help as much as possible to make the stay as pleasant as possible, although we already knew that the house was not like it During the remaining time of the stay everything seemed to be going well but unexpectedly 2 days before leaving we received an email saying that the neighbors had a party with professional music equipment and DJ until 3 am, It was very surprised for us, immediately We talked with the neighbors and they told us that they ate on the terrace and slept with the windows open and heard absolutely nothing that night, it was all false, it was simply one more attempt to obtain compensation. Another point to highlight is the poor condition they left the house, furniture moved around in all the rooms and dirt everywhere, we have photos and videos of all this, the cleaning staff needed twice as much time to leave the house in good conditions for the following guests, we understand that there may be misunderstandings but we believe that in this case the guests simply did not choose the right house. Not recommend this guest to other property owners or agencies.
