Great stay as usual. Hate that it was cut short by Helene. Nice place place that wr gave stayed 3 times before.

Depends

Property and rooms were very clean. We are a married couple in our mid- 60s, and when we go to the beach we are there for the whole day, so we take all the stuff needed. That means a load of stuff. If you go thru the deed restriction property you have to go down steps to the beach which I think the ad says 65,steps, maybe a little longer.If you drag everything to the park, well as says 4 minutes walk to park. Anyways we drove to park unloaded and went to the beach paid $3 to park not a problem. The only thing I would say about the studio is the bathroom is only 1 person at a time. The wife had to stand over the commode to fix her hair, and when brushing your teeth, you had to fight the door. I had to shave in the shower without a mirror, bc the mirror is over the commode not the sink. The owner might think about putting a rug at the patio door, and marking the step in the kitchen the kitchen tile and flooring tile are the same so we missed the step a few times, you know how that goes. We both work in the public so when we go on vacation we like to be more secluded where we stay, luckily the time we were there not many people around us meaning in other rentals, but that Is just us. All in all property was clean the studio was great except the bathroom, again just our opion, location was fine maybe for younger couple who only plans on staying at the beach a couple of hours. Oh, also for the owner you commode leaks off and sticks so you are losing water. Just giving our thought

Small with perfect location.

The beach was a 30 second walk and not crowded at all. We saw more turtle nests than people. The house is a duplex. Basically just one large open room. Perfect for a couple. Might be awkward for more. Had a nice outdoor area and all necessary items for thebeach. Chairs, umbrellas etc.

We stayed 3 nights in this cute cottage. Clean and owners are very nice and reply right away. Easy access to beach across the street. We will definitely be back.

Great for a quick getaway.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend. Its a wonderful location. You can hear the waves. It had everything we needed. We didnt use the stove or kitchenware. A few things could be updated, but overall the place was great.

Spring Getaway

Property was very quaint. Older, but clean and in nice condition. Would stay here again. Two small things areTV could be a little closer to the bed and storage laundry room a little neater. Overall, very pleased.

Great Location

Perfect studio for a couple. Fantastic location close to the beach and to Stump Pass, and also a very easy 15' walk to several restaurants. Great value! Owner was very responsive. The batteries of our tv remote were dead, so she had Amazon deliver a new pack of batteries first thing the next day. Will definitely consider coming back here.

Perfect for two people, walk to the beach and everything you need. So glad I didn’t have to bring beach chairs and all the stuff you want on the beach. We will return.

Adorable cottage in a great location

Loved my stay at the Seaside Studio! It was cozy and well cared for. I stayed by myself but had some family over one night and it was perfect. It had plenty of seating both inside and outside for my family to hang out. And the location is wonderful. Conveniently close to the beach but also very quiet and peaceful. I hope to stay again in the future!!!

Great low key location

There are great beaches all over! The city beach, Stump Pass and Gasparilla Island State Park were heaven. Easy to get around in this area. The unit has a very nice and quiet air conditioner. It was convenient to be able to wash a few things and we gave the beach chairs a good workout. Owner is very congenial and responsive.

Another Great Trip!

This studio is so cute! We love it and our dog likes staying there too. We had a great time, walked the neighborhood, went out to eat at great restaurants nearby, icecream shop not too far (short drive) was awesome, the bed slept great and the main thing "the beach" is very beautiful with calm waters when we were there and could enjoy floating (so nice). There is a small 2 seat table we ate at & enjoyed talking. The owner is great and easy to communicate with.

Acceptable but….

This property is not as advertised. In the detail description it states that it is 65 steps from the beach. 65 steps will get you across the road in front of a long line of houses/units all marked as private property; no beach access; private beach; no trespassing and 24 hour video surveillance. The beach may be accessed via the state park south or north, but unless you are an Olympic speed walker and not dragging beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc. it will take longer than 4 minutes. That might get you to the gate and the mandatory entry fee. You can also drive there, but there is a parking fee. In short, the description is very misleading and should require a partial refund as we are now requesting. Cute accommodations, but deliberately misleading in it’s description. Nothing else is within walking distance but does have 1 excellent restaurant within 2 miles.

Very clean close to beach all the comforts of home. Perfect size for a couple or a couple with 1 child. There were 3 of us.
