Del Teil, holiday home with heated pool + wifi

The house Del Teil is a charming stone house in the heart of Périgord Noir. Located in a small village of 800 inhabitants with all ammenities. The house with private pool and enclosed garden is located close to many touristic attractions. In a very quiet street, at this cozy house you can relax with family and friends.
Inside
Del Teil has been restored this year, so there is now a large living room and large kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a large double bedroom with private bathroom with shower. On the small hallway there is a separate toilet. Upon entering the house there is a small staircase leading to the mezzanine where two children can sleep in twin beds. On the first floor is another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a large area on the first floor which is a kind of overflow where there is also a sofa bed (2 persons). Finally, there is another bathroom with tub and toilet. Upstairs all the bedrooms have airconditioning.
Outside
The garden of 350 m2 completely enclosed contains a private pool of 7.2 x 3.6 m. The pool is heated, so even with colder days you can enjoy the pool. There is a covered terrace where you can all eat at the table. A courtyard will allow you to park your vehicle safely.

Nature lovers will be delighted with the many trails of this beautiful town. You will also discover the culinary riches of our beautiful region with many specialties that are offered in the restaurants. Very good bakery is at 1 min walk from the house.
