ドルドーニュでは、130m²の屋根付きのスイミングプールで休暇を過ごしましょう。

私たちのホテル/レジデンスは、バケーションレンタルに適用される2019年1月1日以降のフランスの法律による主要な居住地ではありません。
モダンで居心地の良い1階にある70㎡の非常に明るい大きな部屋、アメリカンキッチン、2階のベッドルームで構成されています。
各インストールは、滞在を強化するために提供されています。


リビングルームは、リラクゼーション用に設計されたダイニングルーム、リビングエリア、衛星テレビ、wifi、DVD、ステレオで構成されています。 この部屋のもう1つの部分は、ダブルベッド用のシングルベッドまたはツインベッドが2つある非常に快適な3番目のベッドルームと、トイレ付きのシャワールームです。

2階の寝室はきれいで明るく、バスルームにはバスシャワーとトイレが付いています。 2つのダブルベッドルーム（シングルベッド1台と大きなダブルベッド1台。 高品質の寝具、ベビーベッド、ハイチェア、ベビーバス。

キッチンには、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、冷凍庫付き冷蔵庫2台、調理に必要な調理器具がすべて揃っており、バーベキューも忘れずに！
食前酒でも食事でも、外で楽しむために庭の家具を自由に利用できます！

コテージからプールへの直接アクセスは固定グリルでブロックできるため、お子様が水なしで水に入るのを防ぐことができます。また、セキュリティのために施錠可能なシェルターを備え、保温します。

ご滞在中に訪れる必要のある家族や友人のために、他の地元のロッジ、ホテル、ベッドアンドブレックファーストの手配をお手伝いします。

ハイシーズンには、金曜日または日曜日に到着するようにお手伝いしたり、土曜日の交通の流入を避けるために手配したりできます。

Beautiful spacious gite with lovely pool and facilities in the heart of the Dordogne.Very knowledgeable owners and family are very welcoming and made our stay wonderful. They went above and beyond, with the birthday tea and inviting us to the open air theatre in a nearby medieval church setting.Highly recommended and many thanks.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, nous avons eu des propriétaires qui étaient très a l'écoute de nos deux petits de 4 et 6 ans. nous avons eu a dispositions des jouets à foisons dont une petite cuisine et un petit atelier. La piscine était très agréable et dans la région du Périgord il y a énormément de choses à voir dont les grottes de Lascaux a 15 km du gite.Nous remercions encore nos hôtes pour ce séjour très agréable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé et nous avons pu profiter de la belle grande piscine un vrai plus quand il fait très chaud.Le gîte est au calme pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis.Un grand merci à Andrew, Bridget qui nous ont accueillis avec bienveillance et ont été toujours à l'écoute pendant le séjour.Je recommande vivement.

Des vacances formidables

Nous avons passés de merveilleuses vacances dans la maison d'Andrew et Bridget. La maison est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. La pisicine est très grande et dispose d'un abris permettant une sécurité optimale.  L' environnement est calme et reposant.  Même si Andrew était absent, il nous a conseillé tout au long de notre séjour pour organiser nos visites. Bridget a été disponible à chaque instant pour nous et a fait preuve d'une grande bienveillance à l'égard de nos enfants. Tous étaient prévus pour eux : trampoline, table de ping-pong, jeux divers... Lovely relaxing holiday

A very comfortable and well equipped gite, there was everything we needed and the pool was fabulous. The owners were friendly and very knowledgeable, Andrew popped across every day to check in with us and gave some really good suggestions of things we could do. If you aren’t comfortable speaking French he also offered to help with reservations. We had a lovely fortnight and came home refreshed and ready to face the world again!

Hébergement agréable et bien équipé pour 3 familles (3 chambres avec SdeB + WC). L'hébergement est doté d'une très agréable piscine d'eau salée avec chaises longues en nombre. A noter cependant que les 2 chambres sous toiture avaient une température difficilement supportable (période de canicule). Une climatisation serait bienvenue. Quelques soucis électriques à revoir, bien que n'engageant pas la sécurité.

Gîte parfait. Hôtes bienveillants.

Agréable séjour passé avec des conseils de visites et de restaurants fournis par Andrew et Bridget. 3 chambres avec SdB et équipements complets. Même une multitude de jeux et jouets pour occuper les enfants quelque soit leur âge. Piscine à disposition appréciée au retour de chaudes balades. Commerces à proximité (petite épicerie à 2 mn en vélo, supermarchés à 15-20 mn en voiture). À recommander sans hésitation.

Fabulous Gite!

We had a fabulous week here- the gite is extremely comfortable and well equipped and was beautifully clean and the pool area was lovely too. Our hosts Andrew and Bridget were incredibly friendly and helpful with ideas of what to do in the region and couldn’t have done more for us during our stay. Location was really good for lots of different activities and situated in a beautiful part of France. Would highly recommend a stay here- we would love to come back! Great for a family or group of friends of all ages.

Hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

GREAT STAY!

Many thanks for such a great stay. The villa and its amenities were fantastic. Very clean and a home from home one of the best villas for facilities I have stayed at. Andrew was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. There was plenty of room in the villa and probably the best beds I have slept in whilst away. Also the bedroom downstairs has a wall and not a curtain which it said in the villas description which we were a little worried about but there was no need to be. The area was quiet and there was a restaurant in St Rabier but the village itself was very quiet. The neighbouring village of Hautefort was lovely and we visited the chateau there and had something to eat. All was lovely. We had a wonderful time and we left feeling completely relaxed and recharged.

Maison impeccable comportant tous les équipements de confort avec une très belle piscine. Notre hôte, Andrew, fait tout pour que ses locataires se sentent comme chez eux et ne manquent de rien. Il vous recommandera sur les joyaux du Périgord à visiter et à déguster. Un excellent séjour en famille.

Gîte très agréable.

Als je van rust en kalmte wil genieten op het platteland is dit een leuk adres. De gite op het grote domein van Andrew en Bridget Is ruim en heeft een mooi zwembad; de overkapping, die niet op de website staat, is niet zo leuk qua zicht, maar zorgt er wel voor dat het water lekker warm,is, ook Als het weer wat minder is. Andrew is een attente host die niet nalaat om dagelijks even te checken of alles ok is

Très agréable séjour pour nos 2 familles (8 personnes) dans la villa des Courtissous avec grande piscine sécurisée, grande pièce de vie au rez de chaussée La région regorge de petites merveilles à visiter et Andrew est un hôte trés accueillant et disponible.

Vacances parfaites en famille

Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses! La maison est spacieuse et confortable, tout ou presque est fourni (draps, serviettes) et la cuisine est très bien équipée, ce qui est extrêment appréciable. Andrew est plein de charmantes attentions et de très bons conseils sur les endroits à visiter! Nous connaissions Lascaux mais avons découvert le gouffre de Padirac grâce à lui : une merveille. En résumé région superbe, adaptée pour toutes sortes d'activités, maison et hôtes accueillants = vacances parfaites!

A break from it all!

We had a lovely holiday. The house was clean, tidy, nicely furnished and well-equipped and is in a good location to get to a lot of interesting places. The owners, who are onsite, are very friendly and knowledgeable and were able to give a lot of advice on where to go and what to do. We wanted a relaxing break, so we didn't do very much. However, the highlight of the trip was attending the Fete de la Noix in Nailhac - a fantastic experience and one we would have missed without the local knowledge. The house was comfortable for four people (as we were) and six would have been fine. Any more than that would be a stretch and the curtained-off bedroom downstairs means that the accommodation needs careful thought. The pool was nicely maintained and at a pleasant temperature and there is a paved area around with chairs and loungers which we used quite a lot. There is a nice restaurant in St Rabier, but for most things we needed to get in the car, with supermarkets in Hautefort and Thenon and smaller shops a similar distance away.

Great vacation home!!!

We had a wonderful time in Dordogne. The Gite is well equipped, lots of space and very nice decoration. The location is great to visit all around the dordogne with a car. The pool and gardens all around the gite are breathtaking!!! Andrew is a very warm and helpful host. He took care of all of our needs and wishes before we even asked... our 3 children and us were really sad to leave. It was fantastic and we will recommend our friends to stay there and hope we will come back and stay there again!!! Thank you Andrew and Bridgitte it was wonderful!!!!!! Kovos family

We are locals, we live here and we know the region well and the best places to go at the right time. We know what to avoid. We will recommend unknown places for tourists and holiday-makers that are not locals and places that are not mentioned in books or guides, places that only inhabitants know.

We are extremely flexible. The only thing we cannot control is the weather which is not a problem. If it is raining, we offer you to take your car and to visit some picturesque sites such as the Lascaux Caves, the National Prehistory Museum, the Château de Beynac, the Château de Hautefort, etc.

Just ask us. We are from this area and we know almost everything that can be done in this region. If you want to try cooking classes or to play golf, etc. we can organise it for you.
