Summary:
This spacious upstairs Condo doesn't have any steps inside (downstairs condos available also). It is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the natural light, the comfy beds, and the fully stocked kitchen. This space is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).

The Space:
This unique Condo is large enough to feel like a home with the historical charm but also with the modern amenities, full kitchen plus covered outdoor space!

Guest Access:
Guests have their own private and unique door code along with 1200 square feet of Condo space (two bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, living room plus a covered outdoor porch or balcony!

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood is very safe and is located downtown so you are able to walk to everything you need and alot of what a person would want while visiting our city! Only a few blocks to several businesses, Library, Post Office, Wilson Park, and over 50+ restaurants & shops etc.!

Getting Around:
There is on and off street parking included with your stay. You can walk to most everything you should need but some public transportation is available through NACOLG and other taxi services, if needed.

Interaction with Guests:
We try not to bother our guests during their stay unless necessary but provide more than one contact number if you should need anything!

This little condo was well furnished and so roomy.

The property was the cleanest of any VRBO I have ever rented. The stairs to the second floor were a little daunting for an 88 year old, but dual handrails made the difference. Chuck was very accommodating. Good job!

A Christmas to Remember!

We had such a wonderful Christmas!! The living room was spacious enough for a Christmas Tree and plenty of room to entertain a very large family. The amenities are set up to provide everything needed during our stay. We hope to stay here again!

On occasion my friends and family will also stay at this location and have said the extra space helps create an atmosphere of home away from home for them. I feel we offer an unique and incomparable experience unlike any other in our area because of the spaciousness that also extends to the sitting areas outside on the covered porches. But also because of the aura of this historical landmark in our downtown area with the modern conveniences of a full kitchen and a quiet, top of the line washer and dryer but most importantly, the comforts of some of the most comfortable beds we could find to help you and all of our guests get a relaxing nights rest! WONDERFUL!!

We have stayed here several times now. Each visit we feel it’s a home away from home. The owner has done a fantastic job keeping the old style of Downtown Florence with the modern conveniences. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed, even has a cork screw. Thank you Mr. Causey! We enjoyed our stay as always and we are looking forward to visiting other properties from this owner as well.

Clean, spacious

There is a lot of space in this condo. Chuck is great to work with, very responsive to any issues/questions. Left a bottle of wine and chocolates to welcome us which was a very nice surprise! Condo is very clean and has keypad entry for the outer and inner doors which made entry very easy. Beds were comfortable and the porch was great to sit outside and enjoy the warmer weather. Will definitely be staying here again next time we visit!

We had a repairman diagnose the washer issue but since the part was taking too long to be delivered we had a new washer delivered as soon as possible but their stack kit wouldn't work so was unable to install. We weren't informed about the ceiling fan but it is typically operated from the wall switch but would've been glad to repair. There are two lamps in the living room for lifhting.. We communicated each step with this guest and offered other unit to wash clothes while trying to resolve the washer issue and regret we were unable to resolve during his stay but will continue to strive to improve and provide the best possible experience for our guests

Enjoyed 2 days Friday night and Monday night

Nice property only downfall was the neighbors with the bass boat that stayed in the unit next to us were very loud at 530 am and didn’t even try to not make noise and talk quietly and slamming the doors. Sunday and Monday morning. And no tv in bedroom I prefer to fall asleep watching a movie or news

Perfect Stay Always

I have stayed in this complex twice now and will continue to book it every time I come up to see my son. I love that the check out process is so easy. Take your trash out. That is it! I have stayed places before that want you to wash sheets, towels etc, run the dishwasher and on and on. It is always nice and clean and you have access to the thermostat if you're cold or hot. Nice outdoor porch with relaxing furniture. Nice yard for your dogs to run around. I just love it.

Good location but needs some maintenance

While the location is great for UNA or downtown Florence, this condo could use a little TLC. Bed mattresses squeak terribly, broken blinds, lots of bulbs out, wifi issues, and kitchen could be better stocked. This condo is one of four, so it had lots of dogs in the building which caused our dog some anxiety. Please be aware that the outdoor stairs are metal to the upstairs level.

Great location!

The place was great, but I never received a check-in email and was never able to check in on the app. The property manager came and let us in to ensure we had access. Outside of that little hiccup, the place was exactly what we were looking for in amenities, location, and price.

What a lovely place!

Oh, this is the place to stay. Mr. Causey is a pleasure to deal with, and most helpful. The accommodations are clean, spacious, and relaxing. We had the upstairs suite, and there's a huge porch, perfect for breakfast, among the treetops. There's a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, and plenty of closet and drawer space. It's all just so nice. This will be my #1 choice to stay in Florence from now on.

Enjoyed the unit.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean. We didn't do much cooking and the kitchen is stocked with the basics. We could walk to nearby shopping. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Great Location, Spacious, & Clean

I have stayed at this Condo twice in two different spans. Both trips have been great and hassle free. The location is fantastic, quick walk to Court Street, The park, and UNA. The units were always clean, comfortable, and tons of space. Much better than staying in a Hotel. Chuck is a highly reliable owner, he was always available and willing to help. I locked my self out a couple of times and he quickly came to let me in. I highly recommend staying here.
