Never again

Well, it start with getting contact of the person to give you keys. The tenant in the building had to call him to get us keys. The Jacuzzi runs out of hot water halfway through full up the refrigerator dose not cool the washer and drying Nobel are broken open hole to the exterior. We ran out of hot water after the first day the pole holding up the island is not attached to it outlet are fare and in between the elevated was ok ..the only thing I can say is the room are dark

Well for us it starts with actually reading confirmation to see who to contact for check in since it’s not a hotel with a front desk. It’s simple you make contact with us a day prior. Make a time. Write on way and we there. There isn’t a hot water heater in the world that would fill this size tub with hot water. So you fill half way up. Then turn off wait 15 minutes for hot water to refill the entire tub and your good. The rest of what he wrote I really don’t understand. For roughly $45 a bedroom in middle of Lleras. 3 flat screens. 3 ac unite. Full kitchen. Washer dryer works. Internet. I find it a great deal.

The worst experience of my life

The property is managed by someone not associated with the property, the place has bugs and a mentally challenged person knocking on the walls from 7 am until the late afternoon. I stayed for about 8 days out of 29 and was refused a refund. Vrbo works solely for profits and not the guest. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! God throws people signs and we often ignore them but here is YOUR WARNING!!!!!! Barry is a arrogant American slob that will try to tear you down as a person instead of helping you. There’s bugs leaks and a mentally unstable person awaiting your arrival.

Slob ? Minute he told me he wasn’t happy we refunded him. Tried to even move him first but he wasn’t happy with anything. The apartment was about $50 a night for his length of stay. Ac. Location hot tub. Nothing could make Jeffrey happy because he’s a miserable human

Bang for your buck is an understatement

First and foremost... Location location location... This place was close to everything and anything you would like to do in Medellin. The place was clean and organized. The host was swift on responding to all my concerns. The jacuzzi placement between the two rooms is great because anyone that stays can use it. Across the street there are restaurants to quench any hunger. The place has a full kitchen, but why cook when you can go get home cooked meals across the street. I would recommend this to any individuals that want to have responsible fun times in the heart of Medellin.
