Nice private and pleasant stay

Lovely property. Loved the hot tub. Close to park and ride into Canterbury. Everything we needed apart from wifi, which was quite dire. We needed to confirm flights etc.

Dont, just dont!

If you want to be attacked by neighbours aggressive dog, if you want to smell dirty and sticky carpet in living room, if you want to hit you head in low ceiling.... This is property for you... Otherwise STAY AWAY! Terrible experience...

Lovely little place

In a very beautiful quiet place but still close enough to drive into town. The hot tub was a brand new one which was amazing. Hosts very attentive and welcome treats were lovely 😊

A tiny place but perfect. The cat loved chilling on the balcony listening to the birds. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to be back next year

There is plenty of cooking equipment to eat in, but it's only about 20 minutes from Folkestone and Canterbury with other local villages nearby for other options. The owners were brilliant very welcoming cottage was small but cosy TV could have been a bit bigger especially if your staying in because of bad weather which unfortunately we experienced but overall it was ok the lane leading to the cottage is a bit hairy take it slowly not much room if traffic coming the other way

Really lovely, deep in the Kentish countryside, but only 15 mins drive to Canterbury. Very quiet. Excellent welcome, cake, wine, very friendly and helpful host. Lots of friendly dogs. Limited headspace in bedroom upstairs, ok for us, but could be difficult if over 6 ft tall.

We had a marvellous time, the Cottage is very rural and rustic, great if you have pets as well.

We had a marvellous time, the Cottage is very rural and rustic, great if you have pets as well. The only downfall the local amenities, Canterbury is approximately 5 miles away, so don't forget to get your milk. Tim and Dee who run the cottage are amazing, really friendly and make sure you have all you need.

Great place for a weekend getaway! The property had character and was nice and cosy.

Great place for a weekend getaway! The property had character and was nice and cosy. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Only a short drive into the town centre if you want to explore a bit further. Me and my partner had a lovely time, it was quite the contrast to London and was the perfect place to recharge the batteries. The only slight let down was the beds, two single beds which were not the most comfortable so did have some trouble sleeping. Maybe a sofa bed would be ideal?
