Great location - with parking which is a boon in Central Keswick. The flat had everything that was useful for the week's stay. However the flat felt a bit tired and could do with a proper clean - eg tatty dish towels, lot of dust in the bathroom.

Keswick is an excellent place to stay for visiting the Lakes and the location of Bleaberry is ideal for exploring them using the excellent bus services and also the Derwent water launches. We didn't need to use the car at all. Everything you need is right here and the apartments are perfectly positioned. Excellent value and would definitely use again.

Although everything worked ok we would have liked to have more control over the heating as the storage heaters coming on overnight made the flat far too hot. The plumbing needs looking at as the kitchen tap pressure was hopeless and was just a trickle. Also the pipes were very noisy when running the hot water.

Great holiday. Bleaberry great position, parking a bonus. Cleanliness could be improved especially in bathroom. Pipes and skirting boards do need to be cleaned. Our 4th visit and already booked for september.

Everything was fine except for the fact that the water heater switch, which we subsequently found in

Everything was fine except for the fact that the water heater switch, which we subsequently found in the airing cupboard, was off. There was hot water on our first day, presumably because the tank still contained hot water from the previous occupants, but after that we only had cold water. We thought perhaps you needed to run the water for a long time until it became hot, which we are loathe to do, so made do or put the kettle on. We eventually found the heater switch and had hot water on Friday! We feel the switch should be on for incoming occupants so they have immediate hot water and do not have to search to find the switch. Other Heweston flats have the airing cupboard locked, so we assume there was an oversight on your part.

Had a lovely week's stay here in January.

Had a lovely week's stay here in January. It's a superb location in terms of amenities and excellent value for money. The lack of WiFi wasn't really a problem as there's 4G. It's a little cosy perhaps but that's not a bad thing. Off road parking is a bonus and there's plenty of equipment although I'd take a good sharp knife and a non-stick pan next time. Would definitely consider coming here again.
