2 night stay for family of 4

Clean and cozy place to stay for the Doolin music scene and Cliffs of Moher. We also golfed 18 holes the pitch and putt and had incredible views of the cliffs there!

Amazing Getaway!

Just a stunning place with the most awesome views! House was massive so we could spread out and chill and loads of outside room for the kids to play. Chris is a brilliant communicator and left.us a nice welcome pack which we enjoyed!!Just 4min drive to Milford and 15min to Letterkenny, great location for a base! Definitely recommended, 5 star!

Nice stay in the country

We enjoyed this property away from the towns and cities. Quiet, dark skies to view the stars. Property as described, clean with upgraded kitchen and bedrooms. Plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. Host provided helpful tips for our stay.

Great base for our Co. Donegal WAW tour

We completed most of the WAW Co Donegal route whilst staying at the Moyle Holiday Home and our travels were made all the better for being able to come back to this lovely house. A real home from home!!!

Great Views.

Beautiful well kept property in a peaceful location just outside Millford. Outside space has great views and the picnic table in garden well suited for relaxing drinks. Ideal base for sightseeing in the Donegal area.

Family get away

A Wonderful Holiday Home

My family loved this home! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we were in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a gorgeous rainbow greeting us every morning! The appliances were great, the kitchen was nice, the showers were warm. We had the added bonus of seeing the aurora borealis and the stars shone against the night sky as there was no light pollution. We also met a few friendly cats who brought us all huge smiles. A must stay!

Spacious Accommodation in Beautiful Convenient Setting

We enjoyed our stay there with its proximity to Glenveagh Castle and Glenveagh National Park. Chris was an excellent host and he was very welcoming and was responsive to any questions we had. We needed to adjust heating due to chilly weather whiile there, and he was able to do so remotely. For anyone wanting to explore the northwest part of Ireland around Donegal, this was a convenient and comfortable accommodation.

Beautiful Holiday Home, very tidy, very spacious

We had a really beautiful stay at Moyle Holiday Home. Some days before our arrival we received information from Chris by mail and they were very helpful. Everything worked fine, the Holiday Home is exactly as described, no "bad surprise". For questions or any issues we could contact Chris and he replied very soon. We can fully recommend this Holiday Home and also Chris as owner and we will book this house again! :-)

A wonderful warm property with gorgeous views….we stay in a lot of VRBO properties and this had really great heating ..easy to put on for an hour and turn off…the couches etc were really comfortable and it had the most delightful sunroom which even when it rained was a lovely bright little place to sit…we used it every day…the beds were really comfy and the showers were great …this is a wonderful place to be …I will add there’s a beautiful scenic circular walk on the quiet lanes around the house…highly recommend this property ..a real 10/10 place to stay

Can’t wait to return!

This was a beautiful, peaceful property and was even better than expected. The view from the front is fantastic and the street was very quiet. It was only a few minutes drive into the town of Milford where we grabbed some drinks at Dusty’s and got pizza at Apaches. It was also not too far from Letterkenny where we hit some restaurants and did grocery shopping at Lidl, and it was a good location for our day trip to Dunfanaghy and Horn Head. The bed in the master was a little too firm for my liking and I considered sleeping on one of the many cozy couches downstairs, but I ultimately decided to stay upstairs. Although much smaller than we’re used to, there is a washer and dryer at this house which was excellent to have. Things that we were not used to but were okay once we figured them out were that you have to lift the handle in order to lock the door (we noticed this at several of our accommodations) and that the heat is on a timer and must be set. The owners left helpful instructions and recommendations for the area which was appreciated. We were traveling with 5 of our adult children (ages 25-28) and everyone loved this house and would definitely stay again!

la maison est spacieuse, calme et très propre avec vue sur la campagne, depuis cet endroit on peut visiter plusieurs sites du Donegal qui est une très belle région. Nous avons reçu bien à l’avance les instructions pour l’arrivée et le code donc tout s’est bien passé. La communication avec le propriétaire via la messagerie d’Abritel ou le portable était très rapide. C’était un très bon séjour.

Einfach perfekt

Wow was für ein tolles Haus. Wir haben jede Minute im Haus genossen und wären sofort 4 Wochen geblieben. Sicherlich kommen wir wieder denn die Gegend ist ebenso einfach nur unglaublich schön. Wir lieben es sehr und würden sogar in dieses County hinziehen. Gerne in das Haus. DANKE an Chris für alles.

de retour dans le Donegal 30 après, toujours aussi beau et les irlandais sont toujours aussi attachants la location étaient idéalement bien placée pour les excursions, au calme avec une vue dégagée sur la campagne, parfaite pour notre famille de 6 adultes et 2 ados et très bien équipée (petit bémol manque des portes serviettes dans la salle de bain, et peut être la literie sera à revoir) nous conseillons cette location, merci à Chris à bientôt à Milford ! nous

Excellent house. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Thank you Chris for allowing us to rent your lovely home for a week. We were a large family with five adults and three kids. Chris was very accommodating and out and extra fold out bed in one of the rooms. We had more than enough room. The house was spotless. Everything we needed was in the house. Location was great for travelling around north donegal. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends.
