Villa Alicemarビーチは、3つのベッドルームと3つのバスルームがある壮大なホテルです。 高品質の素材を使用した新しい建築ヴィラです。アルクジアの港に位置し、世界最高のビーチからわずか50mです。

1階には2つのベッドルームがあり、1つは180 x 200 cmのダブルベッドとオープンバスルームがあり、海の景色を望むテラスへアクセスできます.3つ目のベッ��ルームには90 x 200のシングルベッド2台cmと独立したシャワートレイ付きのバスルーム。



外にはソラリウムと日光浴に囲まれたバーベキューが楽しめるプールがあります。

プール、インターネットWi-Fi、テレビ、DVDプレーヤー、エアコン、バーベキュー、冷蔵庫/冷凍庫、電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーメーカー、洗濯機、皿洗い機、アイロンとアイロン台、ハイチェア、ヘアドライヤー シーツとタオルを完備しています。





注1 最終清掃費用は賃貸料に含まれています。 このような状況では、顧客が不動産を世話する義務を免除されるわけではありません。 家の使用が合理的である間は、預金から何も取られません。

注2 エキストラベッドを追加することが可能で、いつでも利用可能な場合は、1日あたり1人あたり€15の費用���かかります。

Great place to spend holiday!!

A great well kept house only 50 meters from the beach and other facilities but in a quite area. The house was clean, well presented and everything we wanted as a family. Every room was a good size especially the master suite on the top floor. The pool was brilliant for the kids. Thoroughly recommended.

I found this property to be dirty and unclean. The check in process was unusual as they approached me and asked me to pay cash instead of paying through Vrbo. There was broken tiles around the pool, thick spider webs on the walls and dust throughout the property. The upstairs bedroom had a broken window hinge rendering it useless in the event of a fire as a means of escape. When I told them about it they told me I could have a different villa. For an additional 1400. We have hired a villa twice a year for the last 25 years and never have we ever complained. We are aware that wear and tear happens. But this wasn't cleaned. I trust my review remains on here and isn't removed. As it is a true reflection of what I saw when I checked into Villa Alicemar.

We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect either the condition of the property or the events that occurred during the stay. The guest informed us shortly after arrival that they did not like the property. As part of our commitment to customer service, we immediately offered assistance and even proposed alternative accommodation options. At no point during the stay were we given the opportunity to inspect or resolve any alleged cleanliness or safety issues, as these concerns were not communicated to us in the manner now described in this review. The property is professionally cleaned and prepared before each arrival, regularly maintained, and has been enjoyed by many guests over the years. Following their stay, the guest pursued a series of complaints through the relevant platform channels, initially requesting a refund and subsequently raising additional allegations. The alleged safety concerns raised by the guest were subsequently reviewed through formal investigations conducted by both Vrbo and Expedia Health & Safety. After reviewing the matter, neither platform found grounds to support the claims made regarding health or safety risks at the property. In particular, the allegation concerning the upstairs window was investigated and found not to constitute a safety hazard. Likewise, the property was confirmed to comply with the applicable requirements for this type of licensed holiday villa.

House and all in it was perfect for our family. We loved it! There was no information where to bring garbage! However, there could be garbage bags and dishwashing accessories in the house. If they are not available, please share information that you need to bring them with you.

Fantastic villa

We’ve had an excellent stay. The house is beautifully presented, clean, comfortable and modern and the host has thought of everything that you will need. It was perfect for our young family. The supermarket is a few steps away, the beach is just 50meters and stunning. There are a selection of restaurants nearby but we also went to the port a few times. Joan was really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Would very much recommend.

Viel zu schnell vorbei...

Wir haben die Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Insbesondere die Nähe zum Meer war für uns (mit 2 Kleinkindern) sehr praktisch! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Herrliche Ferien!!

Wir verbrachten herrliche Ferien im Haus Alicemar Beach. Vor allem genossen wir den einmaligen atemberaubenden Ausblick, das Rauschen des Meeres, den nicht touristisch überfüllten Strand. Unsere drei Kinder fühlten sich auch sehr wohl. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen!
