Wonderful family trip

This was a wonderful place to stay with family. It was centrally located and perfectly set up for our visit. We spent more time than usual at the house because we visited on a rainy weekend, but it perfect for family time.

Great stay

We stayed here for a group trip to San Diego. The pool and hot tub are very nice, we spent a lot of time relaxing outside. While the location isn’t super close to downtown it’s really not that bad of a drive to downtown, beaches, and restaurants. Kevin was also very responsive. Great trip!

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay Guadalupe. The pool is cleaned every Friday, and the jacuzzi is set to 103, but does cool down if people are in it for long periods. We look forward to your return!! Kevin & Laurel

Vacation Oasis

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was so organized and clean. The home is a beautiful home with enough space for all of us to relax and be comfortable. Kevin had everything laid out and prepared that there were no questions about anything. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting a great place with a lot of extra bonuses. The pool, upstairs shower and weight room were all extra bonuses that made our stay even better. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Family Time

Traveling can be a little intimidating for our family. We have two kids with difficult to manage chronic health conditions, and also had an infant in tow. The hosts were so incredibly kind and professional. They made everything about the trip seamless and easy. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The pool was amazing, the yard was beautiful. A peaceful oasis for amazing family memories that will never be forgotten.

Absolutely wonderful family reunion stay

Two of our sons and their families flew in from out of state for a family vacation/reunion. Your house was a perfect fit for the out of towners to stay and for the rest of us to join them for meals and recreation and relaxation. The house was both beautifully appointed and immaculate. There were enough bedrooms for everyone and ample room for everyone to enjoy sit around comfortably and visit, share meals together, and play games. The location was a perfect proximity for our needs as well as for the travelers as they enjoyed activities in San Diego. The instructions for utilizing the home’s features were clear and the systems were well designed for visitors’ usage. We lacked for nothing and all enjoyed a wonderful time together.Thank you for the care and thoughtfulness you’ve clearly taken in creating and sharing your wonderfully hospitable home. The neighborhood is very cute, we walked every morning abs enjoyed the views. Very clean and it had everything you need to enjoy your vacation, chairs, boards, towels for the beach. The pool and hot tub was a highlight for kids and adults alike.Coffee was complementary, the laundry room is great, the house size was perfect, we had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids, we all fit perfectly. The owners were very responsive as well. I’m a San Diego native and business owner who takes pride in creating a great guest experience. I spent three years in Nicaragua with the Peace Corps, which shaped my attention to detail and hospitality. In my free time I enjoy reading, surfing, hiking, and diving. I’ve put a lot of thought into this home to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

he home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood right next to some of San Diego’s best hiking, including Mission Trails and Cowles Mountain. You’ll get the perfect balance of nature and convenience—close to the beach (about 15–20 minutes) but without the heavy coastal fog. It’s a great central location to explore San Diego while still having a peaceful place to come home to.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What really makes this home stand out is the backyard experience. The private pool, spa, and outdoor lighting create a resort-style setting—especially in the evenings. Inside, the home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything you need, including smart home features that make your stay easy and convenient.
