Family vacation

We had a great time here. Nice and close to the beach and close to plenty of other things for us to do in Myrtle Beach area. We enjoyed having the different pools to use and the room had plenty of space for the four of us.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice and had a few extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. Its. A little small but fine for four people. Nice view of ocean. The building is a little dated and had issues with long waits at elevators. Close to grocery.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect place to get away! Our family stayed here in part for a National Dance Competition but we stayed a little longer to enjoy the beach. This spot was perfect! Right on the beach, plenty of amenities, gated community with security, indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river and water activities for young kids, and miles of beautiful beach, everything you could want. Check-in and check-out was seamless and the condo was very nice. Clean and spacious with memory foam mattresses to rival any 5 star accomodations. We will definitely be back!

Very nice condo - great location

small condo but perfect for small family. Large resort with lots of amenities it was nice, our 5 year old enjoyed the children's area at the lazy River. Check out was cumbersome as 3 elevators and 22 floors made for long waits. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location, appreciated all amenities. Not enough time to enjoy everything resort has to offer. Condo could definitely use more cleaning. Overall good. Would book again.

Best vacation ever

This place was amazing in every way!! At one point we locked ourselves out and they had someone there in 10 minutes flat to let us in!!! They provided everything needed and my family and I will absolutely be going back!! We’re hoping to make it our forever vacation spot!! The location was amazing the views were breathtaking!! The hospitality was on point!! We fell in love immediately!!

Great location but could use some improvement

The best part of this condo is that it is located right on the beach. There are also several restaurants and grocery stores right across the street. Unfortunately, the level of cleanliness in the condo was poor. There was dust everywhere, the bathrooms were not clean, the counters were dirty, and there were some stains on the pillows. Since we were only staying a few days we cleaned the bathrooms ourselves and bought sheets to sleep on. For the amount of money we paid to stay here I would have expected that they would have taken better care of the condo. We were very disappointed.

Did not meet our expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The grounds & amenities were nice, but the room was not. We reported many issues when we arrived to the rental management staff & it took us 3 times of calling before they finally responded & correctly the issues. Several shelves in the refrigerator were broken,the towel holder in the master was broken & laying under the sink, the batteries in the TV remote were dead, & we were not given a starter set of dish soap, dishwasher soap, or trash can liners as promised. It was 3 days into our stay before they corrected these problems.

Beautiful location and view; but very dirty

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has a beautiful view and is in a nice location very close to the beach. Unfortunately it is very dirty and in a building that is very old and rather scary. It smelled like people were smoking in the other rooms, both cigarettes and marijuana. This is frightening especially being on the 12th floor, it would be very challenging to evacuate in a fire. There were signs all over the condo explaining that you needed to clean up before leaving and that if you did not clean the fridge, stove, and other areas you would be charged, however there were no cleaning supplies provided. Definitely don’t count on a late checkout, the cleaning people were outside right at 10am. Most of the drawers in the fridge were broken. The couch was very uncomfortable. For the price I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The management team was great and they allowed us a late check-in, however keep in mind they are not open during the weekends so we were not able to get in touch to ask them a question.

Nightly interrupted

We stayed Sept 8-14 of this year. The place was not as clean as I expected. The cabinets, counters and floor were messy. Our 4th night there we were interrupted in the middle of the night by a maintenance man who asked if he could come in. He then barged in and was using foul language as he talked to another maintenance man over the radio about a possible leak in the bathroom floor. After looking at our master bath and bedroom he left. Later in the same evening we were interrupted again around 11:30 Pm by two gentlemen who claimed they owned the property beneath us and the one we were in. They wanted to come check for a leak that they thought was coming from our bathroom into the same downstairs apartment. My husband had told him we were all asleep but he insisted on coming in to check. My husband let him and again they could not find the leak. The owner came back the next morning looked andain and said he was sorry and would not be bothering us anymore. We understand the importance of finding the leak but st the same time being interrupted in the middle of the night, etc. scared my small children. It would have been nice if the owner would have given us a discount or a free night for the inconvenience. Just to show they sincerely cared.

The parking is a bit of a hike from the tower & the resort was down a pool due to construction but that is outside the control of the management company. We had trouble figuring out the tv remote but the management team sent a person to help super fast. They were fantastic! Highly recommend renting from Myrtle Beach Management!!

I requested early checkin....but when I arrived I was told condo wasn't ready & they would let me know as soon as it was. I went to condo at 3pm (regular checkin time) with all my groceries & when I entered it was never cleaned (we still put our perishables in fridge). I called manager & was told the cleaning crew was running behind. It was after 4pm before we were able to get into condo.

This trip the room was beautiful and so was the view, the only issue we had was the cleanliness of our room. I called about the amount of sand and dirt (we know there will be sand in the room bc we are at the beach)but our feet were black from the floor being so dirty. I went and purchased a swiffer wet jet to clean the floors myself and the pads were horrific. The manager explained to me they had been having issues with the cleaning company they had a contract with. I know this property has always done its best to do whatever they can to accommodate our concerns and needs. I just wish I would have been taken more seriously when I explained how filthy the floors were. He just said "well we are at the beach there is going to be sand" but my point was that it was very obvious that the floors in the room had not been cleaned between guests because of the ammount of sand still on the floors. I took pictures of the mop pads to show how bad they were.I don't find myrtle beach management at fault here.Although I do wish that someone had been made to come in and clean the floors instead of having to do it myself on vacation.I hope our next stay with them the room will be cleaner. But we are always treated very well by staff and management when we go and still would not want to stay anywhere else.Looking forward to hopefully going back this year.
