Close to the strip yet in a quiet neighborhood. A little outdated but was very clean. Had everything you needed. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable king size bed with soft luxurious bedding. A sparkling pool was very refreshing. Shaded sitting area. Game room was fun. Would stay here again.

Check in was a breeze. House was clean, and everything was working properly. Only issue we had was the internet went out a couple times during our stay.

Nice place

The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. However, the house itself is a little run down. Definitely doesn’t look like the pictures. We booked this place because of the game room and pool. The air hockey table didn’t work which was a big let down for my kids. The pool was nice but there were some nails and sharp metal pieces my husband had to clean up so the kids didn’t step on them. If your not looking for fancy this is a great place.

Friends and families Vegas weekend

The house was spacious, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had all needed cooking utensils. Plenty of cups.The pool was clean and pool area a nice size. Me and my friends had a great weekend.

Pleasant stay

The house was spacious and had lots of seating for us to have a BBQ! My family also had a fun time swimming in the pool. There was also plenty of bathrooms for the whole family. Everything worked great, I have no complaints.

Couldn't even stay there

I am still in shock over this experience. We checked in and didn't even stay 2 hours before checking into a hotel room. The property is rundown, dirty and overall neighborhood seems unsafe. Several cracks in floors, doors, and blinds. Carpet torn. Pool was beautiful and very clean, but the water leaks out and under the house to front drive causing large area of standing water against the house and small puddle in back bedroom. Owner was very responsive to my calls and emails but unwilling to work with us on even a partial refund so now fighting it with my bank.

Clean and minimalistic

If your looking for above a 3 star style hotel this house is not for you it’s a little dated. If your looking for very clean well stocked lots to keep kids entertained and space to separate this is for you. I gave it a four star because the pool area could use some love, even after being cleaned it seemed dingy and a little slimy we own a pool so I am familiar with how it should look and feel after being cleaned. Also no lights outside for evenings and night time basically couldn’t use the pool once the sun went down.

Nice home in quiet neighborhood

Spacious and clean property in quiet neighborhood. The strip seemed a little far but we used Uber for easier transportation there. Close to shopping centers. Owner very accesible by message. Would consider starting here again.

Vegas with Family

We enjoyed this property. The pool was a must have with temps over 100!! Close to downtown, the strip and the airport! A close walk to a Mexican grocery store with a great juice bar and amazing pastries! The barking dogs from the neighbors were a little annoying but nothing that the owners of this home could control!!

You get what you pay for

When we walked in the house it had a weird smell. The pictures are deceiving and they may have been taken when the house was first redone. There are people living in the attachment located in the front of the house and you can hear the little girl through the vents. The pool area had kid floats all around the area and looked messy. Bees found their way into the house, I am thinking through the vents so that was a little scary. The beds were comfortable, the house sleeps 6 at the most 7 if you want to count sleeping on the couch a "bed". Strip is about 20 minutes away. Close to a lot of stores.

Clean house and relatively close location to strip

The house was great for a group of people, I would say it looks better in pictures than it did in person. the manager was quick to get back to us on any concerns we had. Only down side was that we were not aware another part of the house (this renter has no access to the part of the house we rented) was being rented out and led to some concerns which were cleared by the manager. I think if this was disclosed in an email prior to arrival this would have been no big deal. Overall the house had everything we needed.

The house was perfect for us!

The house is well stocked for cooking at home. The beds are comfy and everyone had plenty of room. The owners had all the necessities and more. The location was great for trips to store and a mall a few blocks away. The Strip and Fremont are short drives away. The kids enjoyed the pool and I loved sitting under the patio cover and relaxing.
