The villa is situated in a sunny position on a slope, just 2 kilometers from the center of Montelupo Fiorentino, 22 kilometers from the center of Firenze, and 60 kilometers from the center of Pisa. The upper floor is accessible by stairs and features a large living room with digital TV and a terrace that offers a stunning view of the surrounding countryside.
