La Barganizaゴルフコースの近くにある、オビエドとヒホンからわずか12分の自然に囲まれたカントリーハウス、Villa Birdieへようこそ。

2018年9月に改装されたイングリッシュスタイルのヴィラバーディーは、3300m2の庭と装飾用の木がある非常に大きなサイズの家で、7ベッドルームと4バスルームに16人のゲストを快適に収容できます。

2018年10月に完全に改装され、聖体拝領や洗礼などの小さなイベントを開催することもできます。

WIFI、NETFLIX、卓球台、XBOXコンソール、ボードゲーム、ビデオライブラリ、子供向けのコスチュームを備えた子供用ゲームルームがあります。

家は次のように配布されます。

低レベル：
暖炉付きのリビングルーム：テレビエリアや独立したダイニングルームなど、さまざまな環境で構築された80 m2

ベッドルーム1：ダブルベッド、更衣室、バスルームを備えた2人用の25 m2のスイートの部屋。

ベッドルーム2：約12 m2、シングルベッドとバスルーム。

キッチンとオフィス：食器洗い機を含む設備の整ったキッチン。
バーベキューのあるテラスと庭への直接アクセス。

ベッドルーム4：25 m2以上のシングルベッド4台は、間違いなく子供たちのお気に入りです！ 2つのベッドは190cm x 90cmで、他の2つのベッドは180cm x 80cmです。

This house is extremely family friendly. Check-in was very easy. Wi-Fi was good. The garden and the surroundings are beautiful. Our contact Fernando was highly responsive and very helpful.. I would love to return to this house in Asturias in the future and recommend it highly.

Nos alojamos un grupo de 17 personas, estuvimos muy agusto en la casa, tenia todas las necesidades que hacen falta. Trato del anfitrion de 10, limpieza total. Experiencia muy recomendable.

Perfect villa for our family reunion in Asturias

Villa Birdie is gorgeous! Beautiful furnishings with everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for preparing large meals, we enjoyed inside and on the patio with an amazing view of the country side. Very clean and well appointed. We will visit again!

Excellent spacious getaway

We stayed here as a family with 3 other families that are all friends. The property is spacious with a couple restaurants a short drive away. Easy to get to Oviedo and Gijón. Fernando was really helpful and available to assist everytime I messaged him. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property, great views, fun for kids, excellent location

Our extended family really enjoyed our time at this house. Lots for kids to do, alot of room to enjoy the time together, great views of the mountains, and easy access to Oviedo and the coast.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux dans la villa de Lourdes et Fernando. Ils font preuve de beaucoup de professionnalisme. La villa est située dans un endroit paisible et ressourçant. La literie y est très confortable, vous trouverez tous ce qu’il vous faut pour partager de moments conviviaux. Les commodités et activités sont assez proche. Encore merci à eux pour ce moment agréable.

Casa perfecta. Estancia perfecta.

El alojamiento es perfecto, grande, bonito, bien equipado. La ubicación es una zona tranquila y cerca de Oviedo. Perfecto para familias o grupos de amigos. Respecto al trato con el propietario creo que fue lo mejor, atento, amable, siempre disponible nos dio un dossier con recomendaciones de comida, lugares que visitar etc… Ojalá algún día pueda volver a alquilar este alojamiento y volver a Asturias.

Fin de semana perfecto.

Hemos estado en la casa un grupo de amigos y la casa es espectacular. Una gozada para pasar un fin de semana de diez. Esta a pocos metros del campo de golf.

Estancia perfecta para estar en familia

Somos una familia asturiana numerosa de esas desperdigadas por el mundo. Buscábamos una casa donde poder reunirnos y disfrutar juntos del fin de año. Esta casa en Siero fue un auténtico acierto. Las cinco habitaciones dobles son muy espaciosas dos de ellas con baños completos. Las zonas comunes son muy agradables, el salón es precioso y el comedor también. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Las vistas desde la terraza son preciosas. Fuimos a pasear alrededor del campo de golf; por un lado se ve Gijón y el mar, por otro lado Oviedo y las montañas nevadas, espectacular. Precisamente la ubicación es muy cómoda ya que en 15 min estas en Oviedo y en un poquito más en Gijón. El dueño de la casa, Fernando, fue muy atento en todo momento contestándonos nuestras preguntas en el momento. Seguramente volveremos!

Casa maravillosa

Hemos estado felices. La casa estupenda, espacios muy amplios, muy bien amueblada, camas comodísimas, todo impecable y limpia, un porche maravilloso con vistas preciosas. Jardin buenísimo y piscina nueva. La ubicación es estupenda para ir a visitar cualquier pueblo encantador de Asturias, playas, etc. Y cerca de Oviedo y Gijón. Los propietarios son encantadores. Una maravilla haber tratado con ellos. Las chicas que se encargan de cuidarles la casa también encantadoras. La recomiendo cien por cien!!
