Perfect Location

I can't say enough about the location, especially for visiting the Vatican. So many great restaurants and shops nearby. Felt very safe etc. The apartment is quite spacious and equipped with everything you need. The only thing we got confused when we arrived by train trying to find the b line to the nearby station, I would say to just grab a cap unless you have luggage or use Francesca's driving connection, Tony who was very responsive he just needs a 3 hour lead time. Loved our stay here!

Traumhaft schön

Die Wohnung ist für einen Kurztrip nach Rom optimal geeignet, da sehr zentral gelegen, Vatikan ist fußläufig und alles andere kann durch die U-Bahn um die Ecke schnell erreicht werden. Highlight in der Wohnung war für uns die Innenterrasse, die sowohl zum Frühstücken alsauch für die Nightcup super geeignet war. Die Aufteilung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern war für uns optimal; die Abwicklung mit der Vermietung war problemlos. Lediglich etwas mehr Geschirr für ein ausgiebiges Frühstück hätten wir uns gewünscht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert

A lovely place

The flat was just as described. We especially enjoyed the outside terrace. Also, although being described as on a busy street, the flat was surprisingly and delightfully quiet, including on the terrace. And many thanks to the management, who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.

Great Location!

The apartment was located in an excellent neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The apartment was fairly clean, but there could be improvements to showers and sinks, ie: re-caulking so there isn't any black mold. The loveseat in the livingroom was broken in half and when we notified the owner, there was no response. Each room had air-conditioning which was wonderful and the outdoor space was very nice to have. The only negative would be that there were very little supplies....2 dishwasher pucks, no dishsoap, no paper towel, no toilet paper, no dish cloth or dish towel, no laundry detergent, no coffee, sugar etc. When we asked for toilet paper it was delivered 6 hours later. We were disappointed in the lack of supplies as we have never encountered that at any of the VRBO's we have stayed at in the past. If those little things could be remedied, we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Stay in Rome

This accommodation was fantastic for our Roman adventure! The location was unbeatable - just a quick walk from the Vatican City, which was perfect for our sightseeing goals. Plus, there were shops and restaurants right around the corner, making it super convenient. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Leandro was very helpful during check in and gave us tons of dinner and food recommendations! Overall, this was a great stay for exploring Rome. The location can't be beat, and Leandro’s hospitality was a plus. Highly recommend!

Beautiful flat in great location

Our group loved the flat in Rome; very spacious and in a great location with restaurants and shopping just outside the door. We had our best gelato just down the street. When we had questions about something at the flat, we received quick responses and were also provided with restaurant suggestions, etc.

Great spot!

The apartment is great - it's exactly what you see in the photos. The AC worked very well, which was a big deal for us since we were there in August. The location was also very nice. We walked almost everywhere.

a wonderful flat in a great location! our host was very quick to respond and gave us some non touristy recommendations that we loved! the flat is spacious, had everything we needed and the strong ac was a lifesaver in the roman heat!

Great location and cute

This condo is very cute and in a great location - a few blocks from the Vatican and walkable to many good restaurants (Magno was a favorite around the block). It could use a little updating (e.g., newer bedding and coffee maker, and better wifi - which drops off entirely in one of the bedrooms) and better cleaning by the crew - but overall it was cute and convenient.

Cute apartment in Prati

The apartment worked well for us during our stay in Rome. It's located in an area that has many options for dining and shopping. The Metro station is just around the corner and we ended up using that a lot - easy and inexpensive. We enjoyed the terrace at night after a long day of walking. The only thing we found strange was that you have to take your own trash out before you check-out or you will be charged - this isn't stated anywhere in the listing and was not mentioned when we checked in. It's noted on a paper on the hallway table, so if you don't happen to read that you would be charged, so just be aware of that if you stay here. Francesca was helpful in getting us transfers to and from the airport. As always, we had a great time in Rome and this apartment served as a comfortable place to stay.

Cute Place, Nice Location, Bad Smell

This was a very cute and comfortable apartment with all the amenities described in good working order. Unfortunately, there was a terrible off-gas smell coming from the showers. Probably they do not have a proper siphon. The smell of sewage was so strong that we had to keep the widows open and having to go into the bathroom would cause immediate gagging. They must know of this problem as I noticed many air fresheners in the unit. It’s too bad, really, because otherwise the apartment was perfect.
