Yes, you ARE in the "LAND OF ENCHANTMENT when staying in this condo with it's beautiful view of nature from a "panoramic patio"!

You will find easy accessibility to skiing, cycling, hiking, water sports, golfing, tennis and numerous shops and restaurants.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances and there is new carpet/tile throughout.

Several new beds will comfortably accommodate 10 quests in 2 Private Bedrooms, a Loft Area, a Twin Roll Away Bed in the Lower Level and a Sofa Bed in the LR, as well as, enough space throughout for sleeping bags if needed.

There is a PRIVATE 1 CAR GARAGE with ample room for safe storage of bicycles and other sporting gear.

On the Lowest Level, there is a STEAM SAUNA ROOM!

There are 3 FULL Bathrooms/Showers located by the MBR, the Kitchen Level between the Loft and LR, and by the Lower Level BR.

A WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE holds a "soothing" spot in the LR.

There are 4 new large TVs with Wifi/DVD/Cable.

For large parties (at least 20 people), look at renting both this condo and it's identical partner ( within close proximity in the same complex). A GREAT BARGAIN per person!! Why cram into a smaller place when you can enjoy one another in more comfort??

Perfect Getaway

Such a unique and special property. We loved how close we were to the mountain and that we had our own personal sauna to come home too!!! Will definitely be booking again!

Goid location for skiing

It was good experience to stay there. It was clean, enough space, and good location for my friends and teenagers. It might not good for older age and younger kid because of many stars. Overall we all enjoyed there.

Wonderful Mountain Retreat

Was just as described ,in A perfect location near Angel Fire Ski lift! Multiple levels allowed for a more private feel and house has a lot of character and is well supplied. Garage is a Definately a plus for this area!

Great location!

This was our first trip to Angel Fire and we had a great time! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed included fresh clean towels, a crockpot, games for the kids and so much more! We even had a family of deer come down from out of the woods across the street to the front door! The trek back from the lifts was a bit much with kids so we drove with our gear but made the walk back and forth for lunches. Thank you for letting us stay!

Fabulous in a great location

Stayed for a family and friends Christmas vacation. The property met our expectations. The check-in / check-out process was easy. The property is as described. The location is phenomenal. I highly recommend the property for anyone visiting Angel Fire in the winter or summer.

Hi, thanks for the review. I'm so glad you found the condo very accommodating and that the location worked out well for you! So many people comment about the convenience of the ski area with regard to the condo-----it's a real PLUS! Once again, I wish the WI-FI wouldn't have been "acting up" while you were there. The new company has had some problems with reception, but I believe they have the issues resolved now and certainly you shouldn't have anything to worry about when you return!! My cleaning people have assured me that they will keep close tabs on any malfunctions should they occur. Thanks again for your patience and for "booking" with us! Angel Fire Ski Trip with family

Great location - easy walk down the hill to the ski school and lift. Condo was warm, clean, easy to find with good instructions from owner. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. Felt comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows, bed coverings to stay warm!

Great Condo, Great Location

The place was perfect for our group! We've stayed before and will stay again. The condo is a great location for hitting up the Angel Fire Bike Park. Can just ride down to the lifts. The garage is perfect for storing & working on the bikes. And so much room that everyone was comfortable. Patty is great to communicate with so booking the condo is always easy!

Great Mountain Place

We didn't realize how many levels this home has and were a little concerned then we checked in. It ended up not being a big deal and we all enjoyed the multiple spaces available. All amenities were thoughtfully prepared and there was a delightful abundance! The deck was a nice place to relax and the location is ideal for convenience and a sense of being away from lots of activity.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, WELL APPOINTED, PERFECTLY LOCATED.

Beautifully appointed and includes a sauna. Everything was in perfect operating condition. The beds are new, the bathrooms clean, and the kitchen well stocked. Nice garage to store mtn bikes or even a car. Fantastic view across the valley from the deck. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and close to lifts

The condo was great for our group. Very comfortable and easily accommodated all of our needs for beds, hanging out and cooking! So great to be close to the bike park lifts that we could just ride down and be going! Plus, having a garage is a great asset so we could keep all our bicycles and gear in there. And, the owner - Patty - is so great to deal with. Easy to get in contact with for questions/needs as well as just nice!

Our trip

The condo is very nicely decorated. Lots of stairs. Would not recommend for an elderly person or someone who has leg issues. We did not feel this was walking distance to the ski area.

Our property is highly recommended/enjoyed by guests because of the close proximity to the ski/biking/hiking areas----generally the car is needed once parked at the condo except for other activities and getting to some restaurants/shops, etc. Many people find the stairs a great "segway" to preparing for the many walking/skiing/biking activities, however elderly people most likely would be more comfortable staying on the lower levels. Thank you!

Acceptable

Property manager/owner was unhelpful during both issue during my stay. Overall stay is about 4 of 5 due to long way to slops (not acceptable for kids for 100%). Some improvements must be done on cleaning, climate control and ventilation.

Very interesting review, thank you. So you contacted me about the KEYLESS entry after you “tried it 100 times” this was on the 3rd day of your visit. I said I would send my maintenance person right over but YOU requested another time 2 days later! The problem was not with the torque” as you suggested but it did need new batteries! In my WELCOME EMAIL I requested: 1. Please do NOT open any windows——you left EVERY window including the deck door OPEN! 2. Please close the draft on the fireplace when not in use so cold air doesn’t enter the condo—you left it OPEN! 3. Please keep the thermometers at specific ranges—-in 18 degree weather, you almost entirely turned the heat OFF greatly compromising the pipes!! In 15 years NO ONE has complained about the 4 minute walk from the front door to the ski area (even children)—-no appointments for shuttles, no parking fees! The cleanliness of my condos has really been impeccable, just look at my many 5 Star Reviews!!

We have worked in North Texas since 1994. This is our 2nd condo in the LIFT COMPLEX in Angel Fire, NM. Both condos are essentially identical, however, this one, H3, has a Steam Sauna. It is always such a pleasure to hear about the good times enjoyed by the many visitors to our Mountain Condos with their numerous amenities! We were flatlanders in Nebraska, but we love the Northern New Mexico mountains near Santa Fe, Taos and Red River.

There are basically no "crowds" of people on the lifts, in the restaurants, lakes, streams, golf courses and various other venues. These mountain condos are "homey" and comfortable and are surrounded by an enchanting blue sky with spectacular sunsets/sunrises and Mt Wheeler/Rocky Mountains, as the backdrop!!!!

This is "home away from home" for us and hope you find it the same! We will make sure you are well taken care of before, during and after your stay and hope you will visit many times!!
Just BOOK IT and you are good to go!!
