Some things could be better

The place is a little tricky to find. Best to use What’s App when communicating with the person who will meet you there to give you keys. The bed was not at all comfortable. The mattress is very thin and there is nothing added to make it comfortable. The furniture is not in good shape. The place could use some sprucing up and deep cleaning. The bath towels were very bad. They were discolored and rougher than burlap. With a little care and attention, it could be lovely a lovely space

Great views. Needs improvements.

Overall the property was clean. Well maintained for the most part. Location was a bit hard to locate and in a questionable location/part of Milan. However property is gated from 8pm to 8am and you can only enter the community with a key you are given. During daytime hours property is monitored by the doorman. The property doorman was the main reason we gave the stay a overall score of 4. He personally deserves a 5 star rating as he was very kind and helpful at all times. The property manager seemed very nice and communicated well via messaging. However the washer/dryer in unit was broken and we had no ability to do laundry and it was a big reason we chose to stay at this unit. Property manager was notified about washer/dryer; but washer could not be fixed or replaced before we left so we had to pay a laundry service $100 to take our laundry and wash/dry and return to us 24 hrs later. There were no self service laundromats less than 4.0km from this unit. Minimum 40 minute walk. The bed was very uncomfortable.Made it hard to sleep. The towels were very abrasive, management should make sure the bath linens are much fresher feeling and comfortable. Would consider staying again if bed is replaced and had access to better bath linens and laundry.

DREAM location, TERRIBLE amenities

PROS: AMAZING location, 24 hr Butler service, beautiful lighting, close to Cathedral and lots of shopping, good, places & things to do. Wonderful view. Super great, amazing location. CONS: Not a King bed, it's a Queen. A/C barely gets cold and we had it set at 17. Warning - BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS!!!! Every towel, washcloth, etc was 100x more coarser than any SAND PAPER. Zero exaggeration. The towels there can stand vertically on their own. It’s bad.. WE HAD TO GO OUT and BUY OUR OWN TOWELS. Yes they were THAT terrible. STIFF AND DISGUSTING. Dirty dishes with crusted food in the dishwasher. ONE roll of toilet paper for 2 women for 3 days. Called the Butler - nothing. Butler advised a manager was coming up to see & discuss. That, or any, manager never showed up. NOT WORTH the Euros we paid for 2 nights. And it was a lot. BUYER BEWARE! You’re getting taken for the view, and it’s not even the Milan Cathedral. *Everything was blamed on the so called maid service. Manager nor Butler ever came to resolve any issues.

No complaints - everything was as advertised. The door manager who checked us in was very professional and looked after us for the rest of our stay.

Great location.

Nice, very clean apartment in a perfect location with beautiful view out the expansive windows. It was somewhat hard to find upon arrival. The entrance is inside a little shopping area. Comfortable beds, great shower. Well stocked (more coffee pods & bathroom tissue were provided upon request.) We did not have control of HVAC, so had to open windows. It is Italy -- no screens & a few mosquitoes. Communication before, during, and after was exceptional. Many thanks to Ginevra who arranged airport transportation, gave touring suggestions, and suggested wonderful restaurants.

Great location in Milan center

This is ideal for people who want to be close to to the activity and sites, and the appartment is still very quiet at night and in the morning. Well furnished. - everything you need for a short stay.
