Lovely Smart Apartment in Central Palma

We really enjoyed our stay in this smart spacious and well-equipped apartment close to buzzing Santa Catalina neighbourhood and just 15 mins walk from Palma old town.

Nice Apartment in Convenient Location

Our party of 4 enjoyed a four night stay in this very nice apartment which is convenient for the city centre and the Santa Catalina area which has a nice market and plenty of bars and restaurants. Pedro was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful to any requests we made. If we return to Palma then we would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent stay!

Very comfortable house, with perfect location. There’s everything you need. Nice little garden to. Within 15 min walk you can reach the old town an anthing else you need from Palma Center. But you don’t have to go anywhere, all you can think of, is just around the corner from the house. It’s also keyless, which is so good. Pedro the host is also terrific, alwas reachable if you have a question.Joakim

Perfect place

This house was very suitable for a family of 5. The house location was perfect, just 10 minutes from Palma center. Close to buses, supermarket and many nice restaurants and cafe. The outdoor area was lovely with different level. Our kids loved to play here. We arrived to a very clean house and a great host, Pedro. Very friendly and helpful. We will def. come back again.

Superb House

From the beginning Pedro proved to be the perfect host. Communications were easy, swift and comprehensive trough WhatsApp. The house was quite stunning, very clean and very well equipped, even down to tablets for the dishwasher. Entry was by way of a code into a keypad which meant any one of our party (my wife and me and our two children in their twenties) could come and go without worrying about keys. The best part was the terrace, dominated by an ancient apple tree. Quiet and comfortable, the pics on the site don't do it full justice. The welcome pack that Pedro had left for us was much appreciated Highly recommended

Perfekt für Familien

Sehr schönes Haus mitten in Palma/Santa Catalina. Der Parkplatz dazu, sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt und trotz Stadt auch sehr ruhig. Wir kommen wieder. Pedro ist ein klasse Gastgeber. Grassis!

Super Ort

Wir haben es sehr genossen und können den Ort sehr empfehlen. Sehr sauber und sehr guter Host. Wir hätten und einen eigenen Parkplatz gewünscht, wir hatten nur öffentliche Parkfelder nutzen können auf gut Glück. Weiter waren die Terrassenmöbel zu schmutzig um genutzt zu werden. Tolle Lage. Ruhig. Eigene Waschmaschine. Voll klimatisiert, sensationell.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Sehr zentrale, aber dennoch sehr ruhige Lage, alles in kurzer Zeit fußläufig zu erreichen (3 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt, 10 bis 15 Minuten zu den Markthallen in Santa Catalina sowie zum Meer, 20 Minuten bis zur Kathedrale). Die Fotos des Hauses entsprechen der Realität, alles, was man benötigen könnte, ist vorhanden, die Terrasse und der kleine Garten sind ideal. Apropos ideal: Check In und Check Out waren völlig unkompliziert, es gab sogar problemlos einen Late Check Out aufgrund der späteren Abflugzeit mit Kindern, während des Aufenthalts wurde man des Öfteren per WhatsApp mit vielen Tipps versorgt und auch immer wieder gefragt, ob etwas fehlt. Von daher: Daumen hoch und jederzeit wieder!

Great Accommodation with perfect outside space.

Accommodation was perfect for our needs. The house was very well equipped and you really didn’t need to rush out and buy the basics ie. salt/pepper/washing up liquid on your arrival as it was all there and more. We enjoyed the location for walking to all the different areas within Palma Centre and near by excellent restaurants. Our host Pedro was exceptionally good at communicating both before and during our arrival. Answering questions and giving advice which was very beneficial. I could recommend this for a group of friends or a family as it was spacious and clean with a great outside garden.
